Now the big question comes in to play....when will VSC start processing Oct Nov Dec 2013 PD petitions....?????? Since the VB is moving with a booommmmm of abt 6 months...they should start from August......
-
oct 15,12 sis:)
So this means a massive movement ahead of approx 6 months..to Nov 01 2012 straight from May 01 2012......Boooommmmm ........thats awesome.......
-
All I see now is as the DOS moves the PD the VSC will start processing on hold petitions. They updated this months dates on first week of July and just after Charles oppenheim predicted the movement on July 15 of this month, they again updated to July 17, so I think sumthg is going on with VSC. They r also monitoring the VB and according should move ahead ..... Let's now wait for Sep VB and then after the service center processing dates.

greeting guys my pda is October 21 and no news uscis
Welcome Dominik.....So ur PD is Oct 21 2013.....so i think if VSC starts processing Oct Filers may be from next month u could get an update abt ur petition....Just keep here posted if u get an update so that other filers can get alerted...Best luck
-
You can try case assistance to actually put some pressure, pointing out the fact that CSC is approving in 2months:
Yeah..Thankxxxx tristanz....but since the posted dates r Sep 25 2013, they also wont be able to help us. Better to wait for couple more months......

any news from OCT or late SEPT filers??!
My PD is 7th october and it is a boute 3 months that Vermont stuck to 25th of September!
I am tired of this slow process. can we talk with senator regarding that.
I am a Nov 2013 filer....still no update .....Lets see as the Visa Bulletin moves ahead, do VSC also start processing petitions stuck on Sep 25 2013....
But guys keep posted here so that we can get alerted if any Oct or later filer gets any news regarding his/her petition.....Good Luck all

Hi Habel - we haven't receiving NOA2 yet. VSC is just useless....
however, my husband did come for a visit ...he arrived on Wednesday and he had no problems coming in. Big relief!
Yeah ... VSC is a pain in a** ..... Mine pd is also Nov 2013..... Still no reply ... If the pd starts moving, I think they will also start processing our petitions .....

Here is d detail of prediction:
DOS Predictions: FB2A to Move Forward, EB2 India to Retrogress
July 15, 2014
The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has announced that it will now begin to issue a report each month intended to provide reliable predictions and analysis regarding the movement of cutoff dates in the visa bulletin. These reports will be based on discussions with Charles Oppenheim, Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division, U.S. Department of State (DOS), following the release of each month's visa bulletin. The predictions made in this month's AILA report, and summarized here for MurthyDotCom readers, is in addition to the insights offered in the August 2014 Visa Bulletin.
Family Second Preference "A" (FB2A) Likely to Advance Soon
Chief Oppenheim predicts that the long-stagnant FB2A cutoff dates will move forward in September 2014. As of the August 2014 Visa Bulletin, the FB2A cutoff date stands at March 15, 2011 for Mexico, and May 1, 2012 for all other countries of chargeability. In the upcoming September 2014 Visa Bulletin, these dates could advance, "possibly as far as late fall 2012."
Conclusion
The Murthy Law Firm appreciates the willingness of the DOS, and specifically Chief Oppenheim, to provide insights into the expectations for visa bulletin cutoff date movement. The movement of cutoff dates in the monthly bulletin can be mystifying and frustrating for many. The predictions and explanations offered by the DOS at least should help to provide some transparency to the process.
If this is really gonna happen then I feel somewhat relieved .... At least it gonna move forward ....late fall means may b Oct or Nov 2012 ... This will b abt 4-5 months movement ...
-
I think by the end of this year they would start processing, my b by Oct or Nov of this year....... Another thing is CSC has nothing to do with VSC coz the petitions filed r routed to these Service centers by USCIS ..... So they process according to petitions received .... There was one time when VSC was fast n they approved within 4-5 months while CSC was very slow..... Now it's the reverse.... So just hope for d best
-
One quick info....earlier. USCIS had processing times as of April 30 2014 ...... Now with the new processing times dates as published yesterday. ... Now it has changed to May 31 2014........
USCIS National Goal - 5.0 Month(s)
USCIS National Average - 5.4 Month(s)
Vermont Service Center - 8.3 Month(s)
Effective as of: May 31, 2014
So now let's hope that with new fiscal year at least VSC move the dates forward ....stuck to Sep 25 2013

English...Please.....Here all r talking in English.....

Effective as of: April 30, 2014One more thing i would like to share with Vermont filers....just see the above pic and u will realize whats going on at vermont with F2A applications....For Vermont its 7.2 months while USCIS National average is 9.9 months.....so i think it may take about 7-10 months for ones petition to get approved at VSC as of now.....and this data is as of April 30 2014...so after this how many petitions they processed we dont know...... -
Yeah...Its true.....NVC has started scheduling interviews for Aug 2014....and one F1 applicant also got his IL today.....
Now lest see if any June 2012 or july 2012 filer in F2A gets his/her IL....If they get then we can expect a little movement.....Bus we just have to wait and watch......I am not as optimistic coz it seems they wont move ahead until new Fiscal......But still i would hope it moves ...at least a month.......that will give us all some hope......
-
Yeah...no way 2 years to reach 2013 July.....may be 10-14 months....max....i think by next spring i.e 2015 May-July.....u would be current...
2 years is too much....so stay positive......
-
Well..i dont think it would retrogress further,,....coz if it has to regress....they might had done in July VB or probably will do within the next two bulletins......bus since it retrogressed in June VB...in July they stalled the date to May 2012.......so the chances r pretty less to go back further....yes...it can remain May 2012 upto Sep VB i.e end of this fiscal....
Now from Oct VB they will get a new quota...so they might advance but not rapidly.....i.e like 2-3 weeks ...then 4 weeks and then after first two quarters 4-5 weeks .....that will be acceptable to us.....I am telling coz of all the 4 categories...F2A has the largest amount in terms of Visa Numbers...so if it starts moving it will move at a pace of 3-4 weeks minimum.....then it might advance faster but that depends on applicant demand......but that is also good rather than having no movement...so i think Sep 2013 cut off date we might see by end of 2015 Fiscal or beginning of 2016 fiscal i.e Oct 2015 VB.........so lets hope for the best.....Good Luck to all my F2A fellows.....
-
No one is wrong or right.
One would hope it would be back to current but so far nothing indicates that that will (or will not) happen in Oct. The PD was current because DOS wanted to create demand.
Just because there is a fresh supply of visa numbers on Oct doesn't mean DOS will rush out the use all those available numbers in the 1st month.
I agree with u.......coz even if they get fresh quota of Visa numers in Oct, they straight away wont start moving dates by 2 or more months....They will move steadily like 3 weeks....then 1 month and ...later in 2nd quarter i.e. in Jan 2015 VB ..they might move a little faster like 6 weeks or 8 weeks.......but i think back to Sep 2013 date ..we might see by end of new fiscal i.e by Aug or Sep 2015...
This is just what i can guess....it depends upon the future demand....lets see....

Hi
His PD 7/2102
have interview on JULY for sure
May be some thing is wrong with the info u got from ur frd....Coz if his PD is in July 2012, NVC wont send him IL coz the VB is still stuck on May 2012...So it is not at all possible to get IL with PD July 2012........
I think NVC send him sumthg else and he thought it was IL..........Do check again and if possible confirm in person........
-
VietNam
His PD 7/2012
complete the case 04/16/2014
interview 07/17/2014
If the guy with PD July 2012 received Interview letter, then this is a good news for all of us. After Retrogression...F2A is moving forward straight from the next month ......and that also by 2 months......I thought it would either retrogress further to Jan 2012 or stay still...and we would see no movement by Oct VB,.....Now that from next month it started moving forward is a good news to all F2A filers.....Atleast we r not going back...its moving forward and that also not by a margin of 2-4 weeks ...straight by 8 weeks.....so we all should cheer for this and hope it reaches 2013 soon.....Good luck all my F2A fellows.....
-
no i believe we can not open service request yet
. I will wait until 31 May, so they update the processing time.
Yeah we cannot open a Service Request since the current posted processing times are before our PD....Now the only thing we can do is to wait and watch for USCIS to update processing times date for June 2014......Keeping fingers crossed,.........
-
mahdieh...... 3-oct-2013........................VSC
and i am still waiting to see if they moved processing time further. I open a service request
I hate it when i check my status everyday and see initial review
((
Have u created a Service Request or r about to place a Service Request????
Coz if ur PD is above the posted processing time date, they wont allow u to create a Service Request.......
-
Dew Drops...any news on your case?
Nuthing Yet DanDaniel.....Same "Initial Review"....
Well Hardik's case is touched coz its upgraded from F2A to USC...so i think we must not make hopes that our cases will be touched now.....Since Hardik's case they themselves upgraded to USC and he is a Oct filer they started processing his case.....
All my hopes r in Vain now....
-
Now we have to see which processing dates they post next week or in beginning of next month i.e June 2014. Lets hope it moves ahead of Sep 25 2013 to atleast Oct 2013.........
-
Hello guys,
I just got of the phone from USCIS and I was told that VSC is still working on files for September 25 and this information was there for ages. I was told that to get our case approved it will approximately take another three to four month. This is getting ridiculous! I am just annoyed with the whole system. Please share your findings if anyone of you rang the center
Thanks
If they r working on Sep 25, how come an Oct 22 2013 filer get RFE ???? This is a typical response from all Customer care people and they just see in the computer and say what is posted in USCIS website. I think they r moving ahead for Oct filers and i guess may be when they publish processing dates this month around 20-22nd of this month or first week of June, it should be around Oct 25 2013.....Lets see guys
-
R there any Oct 2013 filers here ???? Hardik's PD is Oct 22 and he has got a RFE which means they r picking files upto Oct 22 2013 PDs.
R there any members within Oct 22......so that we can guess what would be the next Processing time date USCIS would post
