Dear Family memebers,
I would like to thank God firstly that our case has been approved and I have received an email just a moment ago. I would like to thank you all for your support and for those who are still waiting please stay postive. May God bless us all.[/quot
Congrats Habel... Very Happy for you.... Lot of our members have started getting approval.. That is a good sign
We all must stay together so that we can share our rest of the journey.
Good luck to all

Count me in too Habel,....it's correct that it taken more days for files to reach NVC but I will start calling after 2 weeks..
At least giving a shot would not harm ... By this weekend we should receive our NOA2 or max next week Monday
And from CSC to NVC I think 3-4 weeks .... If luck favor us they might create case number and provide us Invoice Identification Number...to start the paper work... But this will take time
I even tried to call NVC just to check the options but even that isn't working.... They say all customer service agents r busy n call later...
-
Congrats to all who received their approvals..

Seems to you but it's already approved... Case approved means I 130 form only coz there is no other form on my signature...I cannot write according to u what you understand .....So please pardon me....
-
OK...But if i submit I864 is there any chance NVC ask me to submit I864EZ??
On the contrary if i submit I-864A ...is there any chance they ask to fill I864...??
Asking coz i dont want to mess up and wait for 60 days with NVC since a minor mistake would cost me 2 months....
Please do reply me for the above doubt too....
Thank You for the info.....

just confused what should I submit at NVC ... I864 or I864EZ???
I have tax transcripts from year 2013 & 2014 and I filed 1040 in 2013 with income of 3200$
In 2014 I have 31000$ adjusted gross income n I filed 1040EZ I have w2s from 2013& 2014 too
So I will mention income from 2013 & 2014 years only
I don't have tax returns for 2012 coz I immigrated in 2013 so obviously I don't have to submit that
Now I m the petitioner n I am using only my income since for 2014 it's above poverty lines for 2 n my spouse is the only person I m sponsoring.... So it meets the requirements for I864EZ but I am confused what to submit????
If I submit I864 will NVC send me a checklist to submit I864 EZ or they will accept I864???
Comments highly appreciated ...Thank You

Thanks...guysss..Very Much...Specially Habel, Munafa, Arrow, Padistine, Princess Bm, Apple21, Hope wings, Paudo and all others.... .
I feel so relieved now after finally getting Approved after a year and a half....But still i pray for u all my friends and wish that all of u are approved soon so that u all can start the next level that is another pain ....i.e. NVC Stage....
Actually my petition was approved yeaterday but i got the approval email and text message today at 10:30 mrng....Dont know why.....Below is what written on my case status page:
On March 31, 2015, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
And i also called USCIS customer care number to hear the recorded message and it says that my case was approved on March 31 2015 and they have sent me an approval notice on I-797 notice of action....So hopefully i would receive the hard copy by this week end....
Just check ur emails and text msgs regularly guys and also do call USCIS customer care number to hear the recorded message for ur case coz from there u can know early about ur case status.....
One more thing....It was good that i didn't went for Service request when i called day before yesterday.and the representative asked me to create a service request
Habel...definitely i will update here regarding NVC stage ..coz that is next and that is also a bit complicated..NVC Case Number...AOS Docs.... IV Fees ....AOS Fees ...IV Docs and then finally Interview...So we all will keep in touch with each other
Guys just have a little patience coz they have started processing our petitions and hence we all will get the approvals...Its just that some get early and some get 2-3 days late....SO just hang in there and do keep updating here if u get any news......Another thing is that seems the priority date for May 2015 may be September 1 2013 coz no September filer has received any IL....
I will have to start calling NVC from next week probably....Good Luck friends and i wish that all receive their approvals by this week end....
-
Guys I'm also approved today I received my approval email n text msg
My case was approved yesterday but I rec email now
Will update more currently in job
Good luck frds all will get approvals don't worry
-
Its just a matter of time and a bit Luck....Some one's case is approved faster and some are still lying beneath the files on officer's desk....But we must get decisions within this week for sure......
-
he might be already being processed in California service center and not Vermont. Most unfortunate ones are in Vermont
That is not possible coz the receipt number starts with EAC which is for Vermont Filers....He/She must be same transferred like us and he/she got a quick approval.....
-
Interesting thing is that when they started transferring our cases most of us all got emails n text msgs same day .... And it started in morning EST .... And as per munafa he got his case approval notification at night at around 10 PM....
So seems they have already started processing our cases from Monday itself... May be some of us too receive notifications today night .... It's just the anxiousness thats keeps us in suspense when will we get approved..
I thought we will have to wait for 2-3 weeks but since munafa got the approval now the wait is killing me...
-
Hey Munafn Congrats to you.. It's too quick from Uscis.. Didn't expected this much speed...they would approve...
Did u receive email or msg ,..?? Or just checked online,,????
Guys keep ur fingers crossed... We r there ......
-
I'll do the same thing Dew_Drops, we've been waiting for so long, a wait for a couple of weeks before sending the service request could be a wise step.
Agree with you.....
-
Just an update Guys..
.I called USCIS and asked the representative to check the status of my case...He replied that my case was transferred to another office ..but he could not tell me where since it was not in his computer....I told him that my case was transferred to California service center and that i want to know when i will receive a decision now and why it has been transferred..???
He checked and told that since it is transferred to California Service Center it is outside normal processing times and that he would pull a service request for me and ask them that why i haven't received any decision on my case....He also told that i would get a reply from CSC within 15 days...
I told him that i don't want to create a service request now and i would wait couple of weeks
Bottom line is that u can create a Service request for ur case now if u want but i don't think that will work immediately.....Since they have our cases so they will start processing them as per order and that will take some time and pulling a service request can mess up things....so better let them work as per their way and wait for some weeks....Also the processing times aren't updated yet...so i will wait here and just give them 2-3 weeks and if still don't hear anything definitely will create a service request....Depends on you guys whether u want to create a Service request or wait for some weeks...
-
Update from me and Our case is routed to CSC. SAM please update my info and many thanks
Hey...Habel....Good to hear that u got ur Hard copy of transfer notice....Happy for u Habel...
Now its wait and watch for a couple of weeks until April end so that we get our approvals.....
Arrow...Dont worry u will get urs...since its Sunday here in US and USPS dont work on Sundays...so probably by monday u should get urs...It depends on ones location to get the delivery quick or a bit late...But u will get urs for sure...
Sam do add CSC in my timeline on the list u are updating.....
-
No..not ye coz upto now i didnt knew where my case was transferred....But since now its at CSC i can...But as they mentioned that in order to speed processing of case they transferred to CSC and as per processing times of CSC i am outside normal processing time i can put a service request...
But i will wait couple of weeks and then create a service request..if nuthing happens....As they have mentioned in case status page that they will assign case to officer and will then give a decision i will wait and give them a little time to process as creating service request immediately can mess up things.....
They have to process all the cases and they will but it takes time for them also to do all this..so better give them some time.....we will get to know within 2-3 weeks what is happening with our cases.....
Also USCIS havent updated the latest processing times date as its still as per 6 March 2015..so may be next week they update that date and lets see what happens then
Mean while we can call Customer Service and ask them status of our case by mentioning the service center....Since its at CSC the representative will give some in dept info..coz i called them twice and they asked which service center my case was transferred as it was not showing in their system...they were asking me to check hard copy and then call...coz even they didnt knew where our case was transferred....
-
Thanks PrincessBM & f&a15.... I think everyone will get their transfer letters by next week.... And now the wait is to see when we start getting approvals..... Coz we r now outside normal processing time as per CSC processing date.... Hence they have to catch our files first n give a decision.....
We can even create a Service Request now since our case is outside normal processing time but let's wait for couple of weeks ... I hope definitely by April end all should start getting approvals.... Good luck all
-
Guys....I also received the hard copy of Transfer Notice...My case is also transferred to California Service Center....
Its written that "In order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to following USCIS Office for processing:
California Service Center

Guys..Just one question...at the end of DS-261.as well as DS-260..it asks to accept and do electronic signature...What is that???
Do we have to do signature with the mouse as we do with normal pen or its sumthg else.????...
Can as a petitioner i do that signature on my spouse's behalf >>???
Thanks
-
Ok.. Thanks for the info.. Do keep us updated if anyone receive any updates.... Good luck
-
Jshivj80..... Did u receive hard copy from USCIS??? If so then its confusing which center our cases r transferred as princessbm has her case transferred to local office and u say that ur case is transferred to CSC....
-
This is what I have not seen before... Usually after transfer we just receive transfer status in our case status page... After transfer they also update that they received our case is also updated I don't know....
PrincessBM where do u stay. ...which city n state ????? Ur case was received by other office within just 2 days... Thats impressive...now I think we others should also check our case status everyday whether our cases r received by USCIS office or not ...????
-
Yeah...By next week we should receive the hard copy from USCIS......Lets see now how much the bulletin moves for May....
-
The operator mentioned that the office in St Albans has jurisdiction over our case therefore, I am assuming they will be the one to make a deicsion on our case means that from my understanding if your case is transferred to St Albans they will be the one to contact you with the answer. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Habel..I think that our cases are transferred to California Service Center coz it is clearly mentioned in USCIS Web Portal where they are transferring....to California Service Center
And the message u heard is the recorded message when u call USCIS to check ur case status over the phone....Coz i also called and heard this same message and when i talked with the representative she told me that she dont have any idea where my case was being transferred as its not showing in her computer and the only way i can know is when i receive the hard copy of my NOA....Although the recorded message is some what confusing me also but i think we all r transferred to CSC which is a well know service center for speedy approvals....
And now that we November filers r about to be current within 2 months they will start approving our cases on a priority basis starting from October filers ....and so on....so i think we should hear some approvals by 2nd week of April 2015.....
One more news is that the Priority date could go beyond September 2013 for May bulletin coz a guy has an Interview in May 2015 with PD Sep 7 2013....Its not confirmed but according to his timeline people are guessing...Lets hope it goes beyond that.....
Good Luck all.....
NVC process for VSC filers from Aug 2013- Jun 2014
in Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to America

As far as I know it should take about 30 days for our case to get logged in NVC system... And remember we r very close to be current so NVC will catch our files first as compared to December n later files....
According to my calculations even if it moves 1 month every month then we November filers would be current in August 2015...... That's just a guess
Now for NVC part by this month end they should get our files.... Then about 2 weeks to enter case and create case number according to chargeable country.... Then u receive welcome email by May 2 or 3 week... So by mid of May we would start the paperwork....... Then by end of May they will advance the cut off dates by another one month so we will be more close..... Hence as they receive our DS261 and AOS fees they will unlock the IV fees and once all fees r paid we will mail our AOS & IV package in one envelope... This would take around June end or July start .... Once they receive our package they review and that takes 30-40 days so count August end or September Mid ur case complete ...then if all goes well by August end or September end u receive ur Interview letter for interview in October or November.... So all this will end by October or November as per my guessing.... Never knows what actually will it take but if our paperwork is complete with no checklists then October or November would be the month for interview....
Remember if ur interview is in October or November NVC will notify u approx 30-40 days in advance so u should receive ur interview letter in August or September.....
Hope u understand all the steps... But still this is just an approximation
Do ask if u have any doubts....
