Vermont is showing some good signs..I saw couple of people from other forums got their approvals in last couple of days. They applied in end of Sept.

So they are working on sept cases.

Good luck to applicants of oct and nov we might hear from them soon (fingers crossed)

Hey...Hardik..HI....Its good to hear that Vermont filers are getting approvals, but CSC is on a roller coaster right now. People are getting approvals too fast, lets see when we Vermont filers get our approvals. My regional country is also India.....By the way what is ur PD and service center????

CSC is working now on Nov & Dec cases, what the hell is with VSC?????

Why no one from VSC is getting anythg???

But the processing time for Spouses of Permanent Residents is just 5 Months, as compared to March 2013 for Spouses of US Citizens. So I don't think they have priority over us.....

All will get their approvals soon...... Coz the processing time is 5 months so uscis have to give decision within 5 months of petition filed date. Some get early and some get a bit late.... No matter what they will have to give a decision within 5 months.... So just have ur fingers crossed guys...

Guys...USCIS has posted Processing time for January 2014 for all petitions, and its same for us F2A filesr to 5 Months. I am optimistic that we November and December filers get our files approved soon...may be this month or Feb .....

Thanks for ur quick reply. The word file i am telling is just to delete the other numbers so that the officer can get a clear view of only my wife's phone number , when we talked. Rest all the details r all genuine, if they ask the calling card company, the calls r real not a fake.

Hi ... I just want to know that if we attach phone call details, should we only mention the calls done to spouse I.e date, time & year or all call records done to other relatives also in a particular month. This is bcoz I use calling card to call my spouse and I get full call details for previous month to whom ever I have called in my home country. Can I erase the other numbers and only list calls done to my spouse in a word document for each particular month???? Replies highly appreciated

Not Yet e24.....CSC has started working on November cases, i think VSC also start working on November cases.....

I think may in in this month or in Feb, some one from VSC should get an approval...Hope for that ....Good Luck

We'll I think they r done with October cases also, so they should start November cases. May be very few October cases r left so the processing times have been reduced to 5 months from April 2013.....

A November filer friend got his NOA2! His PD: November 04, 2013. I feel so hopeful now. Keep believing friends!

Thats Great... Which Service Center had his petition...VSC or CSC???

If Nov filer is getting approval is a good sign for all of us. Atleast they pick up our files is important rather than our files just piled up for a supervisor.

Well.....i haven't heard any of the November 2013 filers getting any approvals either from VSC or CSC. Seems they have not yet started to catch the November filer's petitions. But still i hope for the best, since the processing time is 5 months that keeps me somewhat relieved. Hope that they start processing our files soon....

USCIS have posted processing times for d month of December 2013, it's same to 5 months for VSC & CSC. Hope we all Get our approvals soon.....

Mine is VSC.....PD Nov 15 2013, Last updated date is Nov 19 ....current status: Initial Review.

Hope that now VSC processing time is 5 months for Spouses of Permanent Residents, i get an early approval.
