Are you implying that the Bible is followed to the letter, or do you pick and choose which verses are important?

This is the only accurate post in here - I am sorry for your situation, and for the unbelievable judgment that has gone on in his post - It's amazing what people infer - Did he say he was visiting the US to see his now wife and got someone else pregnant? Ummm.... no - He clearly had a visitor or a work visa and met his wife on one of the trips - and probably dated others prior to that - For all anyone reading this knows - the baby could have been born before he even met his wife - Or it could be a lie by someone who was jilted and is trying to hurt him - The man was upfront with his wife about the situation - he came here asking for help - so if you can't provide it, why bother judging?
Follow the steps above - If you can't reschedule, and manage to patch things up with your wife, you will have to start over with immigration - Hope it works for you

While I agree that she should be disciplined, I don't feel it should have been taken to social media. Public humiliation is not cool at all. There are better and more effective ways to discipline kids.

I am from the February filers group but I check on this just thread as well because I am still waiting on my approval (I am with VSC).
I travelled to Canada with my expired green card and extension letter and had absolutely no issue coming back across. I haven't had an RFE or anything (still hoping not to get one!). I came back on August 17. It was actually the easiest, fastest border crossing into the USA of my life. Though, I did cross by land. I am sure that as long as you have your card and letter with you, you will be fine even with the RFE.

I am getting super excited about my trip to Ontario in August! Gonna buy as much stuff as I can afford! Ketchup, Ketchup and All Dressed chips, VH Plum Sauce, Passion Flakies, Ah Caramels, Caramilk bars and KRAFT DINNER!! So so excited! Oh...and Ginger Gravol (because of my motion sickness...Dramamine makes me sleepy...even the less drowsy formula) and Vicks sticks for my sinuses. The Vicks sticks here smell awful...I use them for when my sinuses hurt (I have chronic sinusitis so it helps clear my head for about 20-30 minutes).
(My local Giant sells Aero bars, so I can scratch that off my list! They are in the British section...I think they should add a Canadian section to that!)

Birth control is a pretty basic prescription drug. It isn't a schedule drug, and doesn't really have a potential for abuse, so it shouldn't be a problem crossing borders with a couple packs. I crossed with 6 months worth.

You can't do US medical exams for the Montreal consulate interview in the USA. They have to be done by an approved panel physician.

I just got a job at CVS here about a month ago. I found that they have Maple Leaf cookies as well. When I was unloading truck one day I saw them and literally shouted "WHAT!" So excited!
Cheez Whiz for sure, but Pizza Pops may not be allowed across the border. I know some meat is allowed to come across now, but not sure if Pizza Pops falls int hat category. (Fun fact...I worked at a Pillsbury factory in Canada a few years before I moved to the USA and ran the machine that filled the pops, then sealed them and fried them...very neat process! We only ran them a few times when I worked there as we did back up for the factory that made them full time). The line primarily ran the Pizza Mini's, which was also a neat process.

Yea, because they will give you forms to fill out, which basically gives them the information to fill out the actual forms.
We had a lawyer initially because my husband felt more comfortable going that way. It took them about 3 months before they finally sent it in. It isn't a priority for them to send out your forms, and they will focus on higher paid clients first. They made a ton of mistakes, so I basically had to redo my forms on my own. They also gave us bad information (not relevant to you, but they stated that I will go to my interview in Toronto, that I don't need a medical because I was from Canada and that once I cross into the USA, that I automatically get my green card...ALL WRONG!). I wish I found this site sooner, because we would have been approved much faster and we wouldn't have wasted $3000 on the lawyer.
Even if the lawyer doesn't make mistakes, and knows what they are doing, you still are basically paying them to copy your information into the forms. It is super easy to do on your own.

Most of all I miss my family. I really hope to get back home for a week in the summer to see everyone!

Regardless of whether he is illegal or not, they still did the best they could in the situation. I'm not sure of the laws in Colorado, but I would hope there is a Good Samaritan law in place. The other option for this guy would have been death. I think he is better off in the position he is now and should be thankful for being alive. These first responders risked their own lives to save this guy. So they didn't realize he was in the vehicle at first. It doesn't look to me as though they have any equipment to be able to go underwater to investigate. I think they did the right thing. Once they started towing the car out of the water, they discovered he was in the vehicle, and they took appropriate action. It was probably easier for them to get him out this way, than for them to go under the water themselves anyway!

But i think nobody can show something more than extension letter right now at this phase of process of ROC and all offices should know about all kinds of docs and legal status.
Its there job to know everything
