Yes but it would be NON-RESIDENT tax form. Perhaps you should find a second grader to explain this to you. If you are a green card holder you are by definition a resident of the USA. You are required to file a US RESIDENT income tax form and sign it under penalty of perjury. You cannot live in Canada as a Resident and file a RESIDENT US Tax form. You are committing fraud a felony. It is ok to be uninformed just don't give people advise that can land them in jail or get there status revoked.

Huh? How would that be anything close to a conspiracy theory? Have you ever studied public choice or game theory? USCIS gaming statistics in that way would be pretty much an expected agency behavior given their incentives to report lower mean processing times to congress.
Imagine you are a USCIS administrator juggling the demands of several different classes of petitions. Periodically, one type of petition will fall behind (you can see this in the data) and then you batch process it to catch up, allowing other types to fall behind. The whole time you are getting complaints from congressmen and your bosses are under pressure for you to meet a certain goal time. Do you want to report to your boss that it's impossible to meet the goal time? Or do you tell the reviewers to grab a bunch of apps that were filed 2 months ago and push them through so you can depress the mean completion time figure and tell your boss that you have met the goal? This isn't rocket science.

And keep in mind, the few extra "weeks" you are referred to, are actually called "months". Last October CSC was processing K-1 applications in 3 months, now it is 8 months. We're not talking about "a few extra weeks"

They guy isn't doing his part to get the visa in India as RKK has stated in numerous posts prior to yours.. He wont get the documents required for NVC and send them to the U.S. So if he wont do that, there is no "process of bringing him here."

Purely for effect, allow me to take the other side of this argument you're trying to make.
India has some pretty draconian rules around bombs and terrorists. Due process exists on the books but.. well let's just say people disappear. Frequently. And bomb making materials are tightly controlled. Very tightly controlled. And people who sell them, buy them... sometimes they go poof, never to be seen or heard from again.
And yet, this happened.
Why would gun control in a country like the US work?

HOUSTON –- Police searched early Monday for a man who may have run down and killed his girlfriend with his car in northwest Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department it happened around 3 a.m. in the parking lot of TC Jester Park. Officers arrived at the scene and found the woman already dead. Her boyfriend was nowhere to be found.
Detectives said they immediately put out a “be on the lookout” notice for the person of interest.
“I think it’s pretty imperative,” said HPD Detective Bart Nabors. “If this person’s the cause of this, then it’s pretty important to get him in custody.”
Police said the boyfriend may be driving a white Pontiac Vibe with license plate DS3-W850. The front of the vehicle may have damage to it.
The person in question is said to have a long criminal history, including assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a family member.

Where are the liberals on this problem.... It looks like the government should ban all cars and make a safe place for all people. Should a car now be classified as an evil weapon. A few weeks ago on this forum it was said that no one ever has been murdered with a car. Now it begins.

I am not here to ask advices or anything..
Just want to share that my husband passed away this morning... peacefully... he had brain cancer and we have been fighting for more than a year now... there was a point in our fight that we thought we are winning... but we lost... i am just thankful that he passed away peacefully... in his sleep, and i got the chance to tell him everyday that i love him... and that he is my love, my life, my world, my home and my everything...
Whenever I read people here posting marriage not working out, just using me for greencard, giving up... and a lot of things... i am so sad...
I found the perfect husband... the perfect person... and yet he was taken away from me in such a short time...
I promise I will honor his name... i will honor our love... and I do not think I could love other person as much as I loved him... and still loving him... my love for him will not die until my last breath...
