      Thank you both! No our case was returned and sent back to USCIS in April of last year. We responded with NOIR Sept 9 or so and were reaffirmed within two weeks and they sent our case back to embassy in Nov. now waiting at embassy. It's taken almost a year since knowing our case was being returned to get to where we are now. Just hoping to see the end to all this madness this year.     came home from the most wonderful vacation with my husband ... spent every moment with him and the family... missing him madly but came home and within one day received a promotion at work and have been so busy with training that while im missing him madly it wasn't the only thing i focused on... still waiting to hear good news but our marriage is strong and loving and that's all i could ask for

      thank you all... already planning another trip next year... just praying daily our struggles are gone soon only to be left with whose cooking dinner and why there are dirty socks on the floor and whose turn it is to make coffee or tea. :( just really miss him and feeling incomplete without him.

      thanks guys!!!!! It's been a very stressful two years but my daughter is stable and im on my way.. she is comfortable with me leaving and that's the most important thing that she feels safe while im gone :)and understands how much we need this time together :)

    Just 7 weeks until i go see my husband!!! Cant wait to be with him again!!! Still waiting for him to be here but right now all that matters is we will be together even for a short amount of time!!!

    Same for us here... nothing new... I just don't understand anymore... and I wish I could just travel for one week even.. just to see him... but we're still watching Kate carefully and I can't leave right now. IT's all toooo painful!!

    LOVE IT!!! My husband put the laptop in his kitchen so he could cook and make tea... so love watching him make something to eat!!! Love spending time like that with him only wish it was in real

      HI did you hear anything on your husband case? I do have a question my friend husband been in AP for close to two years. He recieve a mail to submit a new medical. Is that a good sign? I wish i hear something like that for our casses.

      I hope its a good sign i just don't know anymore it's all very heart breaking and painful. I've seen them request that and yet 6 months later still in AP so just pray its a good sign and soon our own time will come!!! INSHALLAH!!!

      Yes we have thought of the writ but all that will do is make them to make a decision but if they haven't finished the work on our case then all it will do is deny us, and then we sit and wait for the NOIR and many many more months and possibly AP again to clear what they didnt clear before...

    We're doing as ok as we can be.. heartbreak and tears coming more each day and it hurts when i cant even wake up and get my husband a cup of tea in the morning... this AP process is truly unfair.. its fine for the first 6 months but beyond that it's down right painful ... wishing you a speedy AP.. sorry for the extra work to your case :(
