I HOPE U WILL BE FINE YESTERDAY MA WIFE CALL DOS THE LADY ON PHONE TOLD HER THAT YOUR CASE IS IN FINAL PROCESS BUT SHE DOES NOT GAVE ANY EXECT TIME FRAME TO COMPLETE THE CASE BUT SHE INSISTE THAT CASE IS IN FINAL POSITION WATS MEAN THAT DID U HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT THAT LOOKING FOR YOUR KIND REPLY

Aww this is heart breaking
But just know that there are a lot of people in the same boat. I have been away from my husband for the past 6 years and my daughter who turns 3 in November also asks for baba all the time because I took her to visit early this year. Now she is always saying lets go to Pakistan to baba...I hope that once you guys are together, you never have to be away from each other... -
HAY eabbas i hope everything is good with you and your daughter. I just have a question. Did u talk to congressman to get the update on your husband case. My congressman said that my hubby case is moving but slowly. I am thinking about talking to the senetor. what do u think should i also talk to the senetor to see if they able to do something. I am in tough situation right now and i need my husband here as soon as possible.

All they asked for is something clear to show my household size and the information about my child support and stocks info... they already had everything but we got an attorney to draw up a clear letter detailing in simple form once that was submitted everything was accepted and no second interview no field investigation the CO told me a month later that all that needed to be done was name checks

AP is a refusal of sorts but only until the last of the work is complete.... but it's not a denial. We are 15 months after our interview and still AP not complete.. idk when they will finish..

It's just AP... we were told our case was fine that we had to undergo name checks.. yours is the same as far as background checks just be patient im sure all will be well soon inshallah

I wish I could help but IDK much about the k1 process since we went thru the CR1... but you can search k1 info or better ask the topic on the k1 forum you will get loads of info from that! Good luck!

It's very heartbreaking watching everyone reunite with their spouses and here we sit still in AP background checks... im thinking the checks have been expiring and they have to keep updating them at this point... and where do they call it quits? or will we be stuck like this indefinitely... I grieve for our 2nd year of marriage and the baby we could have already had.. i know we will be married forever but when can we be in one home..

In the first year when we waited so very long for an NOA2 and then for an interview date, I felt like there was no end. I was always afraid they had forgotten about us. Now I realize there will come a time when this will end and I just keep praying for Strength and wisdom to get through this. cant stop crying scared so badly for our daughter who has become worse over the last couple of days.. and the only thing of comfort to me right now is my husbands arms and they are thousands of miles away... this process is totally failing us failing our family we desperately need to be reunited so we can be strong together to support our daughter
