If I am not mistaken, he will have to meet visa requirements to London based on his Nigerian Citizenship.
The GC allows him to enter freely back into the US.
Someone please confirm or deny this statement.

What you are pointing out is clearly some benefits. If we had it all to do again and knowing what I know now.... We would have done CR1.
In my opinion, it is more efficient and cheaper. Not too mention you can work and travel after you get here instead of waiting for adjustment of status from K1 after marriage.
The only drawback I see is that you lose the money for I-129F petition and a little more time.
I do not know how to withdraw the I-129F. You may want to inquire about how to do that correctly should you choose this route.
Good luck with your decisions and upcoming marriage....

    Start having fun with them...
Oh no I'm sorry he can't come to the phone right now because I have him chained up in the basement with his mouth taped shut , so that he can't call out for help. It's punishment, I run a pretty tight ship around here.
Frank, Frank is that you? I haven't talked to you in ages! How have you been? How are the kids? Sorry to hear about your wife... Continue to ramble on until they hang up on you for a change.
Oh my god! I can't believe it! My psychic was right! She said that a man with the answers to all my problems would call. Well since my problem is that I am emotionally unstable and about to lose my mind from loneliness, I thought I could come live with you since you have all the answers! Once again keep on rambling till they hang up.
If they start out with, "How are you today?" say, "Why do you want to know?" Or you can say, "I'm so glad you asked, because no one seems to care these days and I have all these problems, my sciatica is acting up, my eyelashes are sore, my dog just died...." When they try to get back to the sales process, just continue on with telling about your problems.
Last but not least, Hey want to come over and help me sacrifice a goat?

I want to seriously challenge you to think about what you are doing here... This is not a personal attack, but a voice of reason. I want to point out some facts based on your own admission.
You stated in another thread you started just today (see here) that your relationship with your fiancé just ended based on denial of K1. The K1 was denied based on CO didn't think it was bonafide. I am inclined to believe he was right with his decision.
Your relation JUST ended..... You posted on your profile (today again I might add) that your journey ended today....TODAY... Your fiancé's K1 interview was just this past June 5th.
YET, you already have someone else lined up
Now, here you are in this thread asking how to get married already????
Your relation will be extremely scrutinized. You haven't even gotten out of your other relationship long enough to drink a cup of coffee.
You are just proving to anyone reading your case file that the previous relationship indeed was not bonafide. So, what does that say about your credibility?
You can go get married if you want, your prerogative. But rest assured that someone looking at your pattern will surely question your motives.
Maybe even you yourself should question what you are doing? Turkey isn't the easiest consulate and you are not giving yourself a fighting chance at approval.
Good luck and best wishes on your future endeavors in relationships.

Please..... I am not ashamed. The post was funny and I was not disrespectful. I am glad the OP cleared up the fact that he did not send in an electronic version.
In today's technological age, I do not doubt someone trying to be clever and try just that. SO, by no means was his post just unbelievable.
Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if USCIS doesn't go totally electronic within the next 5-10 years.
OP, I hope you do not ever have to go through the disappointment of a RFE and that everything goes smoothly for you.

Technically, the legal issue could still arise. The law is quite clear about overstay and departing the country prior to the issuance (approval) of green card. She left prior to the actual approval. This means, the moment she left the US, the ban is enforceable. The green card doesn't excuse the ban, a waiver does. The green card forgives the overstay as long as you are present in the US when approved and have not triggered the ban. Now, the reality of the matter is that the CBP officer may not look at the dates that carefully. They may not do anything even if they look because green card is in hand. But, the legal possibility does exist.

The 10 year ban would be the moment she departed the country prior to green card being issued.
But, it all depends on the CBP officer when she re-enters. Once a green card is issued the overstay is forgiven.
If she has her green card to get back in then maybe OK. What if the green card gets lost in the mail???
    Then you are completely screwed.
You have played with some serious legal issues that may or may not haunt you.
Good luck.... I wish you guys the best.
Personally, I can't understand why you would let her leave the country without green card approved and in hand. This is a surprising gamble with your spouse.

YES.. it will come up. It is a valid question and rightfully so. The whole bonafide relationship issue is about honesty and trust between the couple. This includes talking about past marriages. My wife was asked about my previous marriage in the interview. Did she know about it, how long ago was it, why we got divorced.... It was quite lengthy interrogation. But, we had discussed it very openly previously and it was no problem.
I am going to warn against the jealousy issue. Those types of issues typically do not get better..... OK enough said about that..!!!
    Good Luck
