    Booked my flight to Canada :) Heading there May 31 - June 6. Haven't been back since last summer, so I'm excited!

    Finally sent my ROC package today! About 2.5 inches thick and weighing in a little over 3 pounds. Hope USCIS likes and approves it :)

      Thanks! A lot happened this week: check cashed, NOA received, and biometrics letter received. Once I get my biometrics done though, then all activity will pretty much go to a stand still until they review my package, lol. Good luck on your ROC process once you send it in :)

    Nope. You've waited a good amount of time. And as long as you don't spam emails to NVC with the subject line, you're fine. Quite a few people have used it in the current NVC thread with no issues.

    Use the second one, the same as what's listed in the FAQ. It'll get looked at within a few hours typically.

    Yup, there's a question about this in the FAQ in the NVC monthly threads I start. You should read it (click on the last link in my signature, found on the 'about me' tab on my profile). I'd say if you don't hear anything by Monday morning, send it.

    You'll have to pay the IV bill before sending in the package, don't forget. You need the bar-coded cover sheet from the payment portal (which is only available after paying the bill) before mailing the package.

    And I may be done with the visa part, but I've got to deal with ROC currently.

    They may or may not, I'm not sure. But as long as you can send the IV package within the next week or two, they should review your package before the 23rd.

    No need to attach the DS-3032. It should be accepted. If it's rejected, then they got to it before they were ready for document intake. In that case, just re-send the DS-3032, no problem.

    A year is quite long to prepare! Just make sure you're generating proof of relationship in the next year, so you'll have plenty for when you can apply!

    Just received a letter today from USCIS reminding me to file for Removal of Conditions. I definitely didn't need the reminder, lol!

      If you're referring to the wiki here on VJ where they say they do not send reminders, well, remember, that wiki was written awhile ago. Things change. Plus, they don't want you to rely on USCIS to remind you. You should remember yourself.

      Oh ok... That why is a bit shocking cause that something you should remember, but at least they're taking the time of reminding us.

      It's nice of them, but, like I said, I definitely didn't need the reminder as I've been counting down for quite awhile, lol!

    Requested tax transcript for 2011 last Wednesday (9th), just received it today, Monday (14th). The IRS are on top of things at the moment, lol!
