    has to say goodbye to her husband who's leaving in a few hours. Had a great 6 days with him. Can't wait for Christmas when he comes for his next visit.

      Hi - I relate. I feel so thankful for every minute we get together. We were able to spend Thanksgiving together and now I am looking forward to his visit later this month. I can't wait until these sad 'goodbyes' are a thing of the past. I hope that your time apart feels short too!

    Since yesterday I didn't receive any notification emails from VJ. Within the span of five minutes though, I got 85 emails. Wow. A little late on notifications, VJ :P

      Yeah, my IM client exploded telling me I had new emails from VJ. It was insane. Thank god it's over. Guess VJ had some kind of backlog.

      Thank you! I'm just so tired of sitting around and waiting. I'm excited for the NVC stage just so I can do something! Plus, it's one step closer to being with my husband :)

    was reminded last night by her husband that our 5 month anniversary was 6 days ago. We had completely forgotten about it. Probably a good thing since this would have been our 3rd anniversary apart and I would have been moping around all day.

    Yeah, I can imagine how school prevented you from visiting. I'm not going to school this semester so I was planning on visiting my husband in the USA, but I got denied twice in August, so I'm not planning on going back anything soon in case I get banned.

    Wow, you haven't seen your fiance since Feb?! That must have been so hard. I certainly wouldn't be able to go that long without seeing my love. I'm sure when you do see your fiance, it will be a wonderful reunion! ^_^

      My friend told me I had it good: "You have a man who loves you and you get to live the single life." Ummm ya when I was single I spent a ton of time wallowing in self pity and reading up on VJ lol. I get what she's saying, this is the last time I'll truely have tons of time to spend on me so do whatever you can to pass the time. It's ok to be sad but don't let it last too long or it ends up consuming you :) You'll be there soon!

      Interesting, never thought about it that way, that I'm married yet sort of single at the same time. Yes, your friend is right that I have so much time to do whatever I want, especially since I don't have a job at the moment or friends to hang out with.     It's been exactly one month since we got our NOA1. Hopefully less than 4 months to go. Hoping for a nice Christmas present from USCIS.
