expect an approval or RFE very soon ..... maybe
the WAC number directly after mine showed this same statues yesterday, last updated may 13, then in the details it displayed the same message above .... now today it shows they were approved
also the case directly before mine showed the same message your statues is , last updated may 13th and today still hasn't changed, so I can only assume they are working on your petition and will update your statues when they are completed .... that's if your petition was recently updated.
I saw a lot of January petitions with the same status message as yours with a last update may 13th

If you are a resident of that state it shouldn't matter if you are a citizen or not. The higher prices are for non-residents. At least that's the way I understand it.

She certainly was overcharged. She should have been charged as a resident, if she's been in PA since 2010. And yes, they're discriminating based on immigration status, plus they had no right to ask for the green card to begin with. There should definitely be a complaint made about the place that did this, as well as a refund.

"You qualify for a RESIDENT fishing license if you are a bona fide resident of Pennsylvania. When purchasing a resident fishing license, you must show
proof of permanent residency by presenting one of the following documents:
valid PA driver’s license a valid non-driver photo identification card a previous year’s PA state income tax return showing proof of payment of personal income tax as a resident of PA a previous year’s local earned income tax return showing tax paid to a PA municipality a current PA voter registration card.

How long have you been living in PA?
I'm not sure if there's a minimum time frame, but you're still a resident as long as you live there.
Don't let people treat you differently just because you aren't a citizen.

It's especially fun when little kids are running around deciding it's fun to peak in. :S I just don't get it myself either. Maybe they think the doors won't work well if it closes like a normal door? Maybe it's for safety? Maybe it's so they can see people shooting up? Maybe the first designers did it as joke and no-one realised...

A letter of invitation will do nothing to help the issuance of a visitor's visa; the applicant must satisfy the conditions on their own merits (by showing ties to their home country, such as financial, employment, university, etc.).

I don't think an invitation will mean much at all. He'll be reviewed according to his own capacities. When I was interviewed for my tourist visa I wasn't even asked to produce a document so he might not have the opportunity to present it.

I am surprised some of the poeple can remember to breath. I went through the same thing at our local community college when my wife enrolled in an ESL class. The rules clearly stated " A k-1 visa holder is entitled to in-state tuition if the his or her spouse has been a resident of Maryland for at least 1 year and has a Maryland Drivers Licenses". Pretty clear right? They argued and argued and billed us for out-of state tuiotion(5x as much) I had to go to the President of the College and threaten to sue before they would offer in-state tuition. The OP got screwed and she is entitled to resident fees go get your $100 back or in the abscense tell them you want a 5 year or your hunting licenses for $0

Mr&Mrs.Boo reacted to TBoneTX in Mrs. T-B. & the Citizenship Test
    Background:
We mailed Mrs. T-B.'s N-400 (citizenship) to USCIS last week. I printed the 100 interview questions that USCIS can ask, wrote the answers, and gave them to Mrs. T-B. to study. She stated that she had "looked" at them "a little" during the last couple of days, between Facebook activity and chasing after young Mini-Bone.
As I tucked her into bed tonight (she has resigned herself to my late-night VJ-ing), the conversation went as follows:
Mrs. T-B.: I was looking on-line for "how to remodel your kitchen without money."
T-B.: Shouldn't you have been looking for "how to pass my citizenship test without studying?"
Mrs. T-B. [brightly]: I looked at the answers! Ask me some of the questions!
T-B.: OK... uh, "Who was the Father of our Country?"
    Mrs. T-B.: Abraham Lincoln?'
    T-B.: No, man.
    Mrs. T-B.: Donald... Ronald Reagan?
T-B.: Good guy, but no, man.
    Mrs. T-B.: Barack 0bama?
    T-B.: [censored]
    [silence]
    T-B.: Here's a hint: Jorge...
Mrs. T-B.: Jorge Washington! George Washington! He or someone else is on the $5... the $1 bill, right?"
T-B. [invisibly rolling eyes]: Uh, si man.
Mrs. T-B. [undeterred]: Ask me another!
T-B.: OK... uh, "What is one thing that Benjamin Franklin is known for?"
Mrs. T-B.: Oh, I saw this one! He was hit by... hit by... [makes vertical zigzag motion with hand]
T-B. [helpfully]: That thing that happens before thunder?
Mrs. T-B.: Si -- that's it! But I can't remember the word in English.
    T-B.: Lightning?
Mrs. T-B.: That's it! He was hit by lightning!
T-B.: What was he doing when he was hit by the lightning?
Mrs. T-B. [blankly]: Uh, mmmm... sitting in his back yard, drinking beer.
T-B.: No, no no... uh, si, man; we'll talk about this one later.
Mrs. T-B.: I know how I can study! You put the answers on an MP3, and in three days, I'll know all of them.
    T-B.: All of them?
Mrs. T-B. [mischievously]: Si, and you can motivate me by paying me $10 for all of them that I miss.
T-B.: You're not going to sneak that one by me, no man.
Mrs. T-B. [flashing big brown puppy-dog eyes]: OK -- you can ask me more of the questions tomorrow, and sometimes husbands make financial arrangements so that wives can remodel their kitchen.
    T-B. [to self]:

Lesson number 1: There are only 10% of good men (well to do ) in the states or western world , seek their mates from other countries, or one of their own.
Lesson number 2: You will be lucky if you find ones , and if you do, you are very lucky.
Lesson number 3: 90% are the BETA males , 40% of them still living with their parents, 30% have no steady jobs , 20% have no jobs at all
Lesson number 4: 50% have no higher education, 20% have no high school diploma, 20% college dropped out, 10% GED recipients
Lesson number 5: Just because they are from US or other western world, does not mean they are rich and or well to do , they lied out of their azz when they traveled to 3rd world countries.
Lesson number 6: Well to do men do not have more than 3 weeks( or if they lucky, 4 weeks) travel around the world, if they have a full time job.
Lesson number 7: If they need separate affidavit of support to bring you over, they are more likely won't be able to support you while you here.
Final lesson: It's takes two to tango, it's not all his fault , you wanted to come to the US so bad, so overlooked the obvious red flags. He told you these red flags.

I am not sure what you can really do. He can get his ROC with or without your help. ROC is not intended to check on whether you are still madly in love, it is to verify that the marriage was entered into in good faith - and two children sounds pretty convincing to me that marriage was real. A friend of mine's exwife literary walked to USCIS office claiming that her marriage to her husband then (my buddy) was a fraud. She hated him so much she really did not care how bad all she looked. I know for a fact that this was a real marriage and they had a baby together. Anyway, they never took her seriously. I personally think she just looked like a jilted ex (I am not saying you are but I wanted to share an experience a friend of mine had)
If I was you, I would hope he can move up his career ladder and you can sue him for child support and get a good settlement. Hey, who knows, this may be a rough patch and you will be back together.
Also, I would think about this before really doing anything. I can imagine how hurt you are right now. Sometimes, doing things to ruin the other person can backfire on you. I am really hoping that he is just freaking out. Guyz do that - my ex-husband did but a lot of times, they come around especially when you guilt him by being nice. Only you know what you both had. You have the answers but think long and hard.
Whatever happens, he is the father of your children.
    All the best

Capital one secured mastercard is the best hand down. I inherited my wife's rather poor credit in september last year. It was about 550ish. Now we are up at 690ish.
Also, see if you can get a credit card from credit union.

Again!!! without her, theres no him to get money from them to get a house to begin with.He should tell his parents " No, we are a family , its our house" instead he prefers it in his name. Its ok, anything accrued in a marriage singularly or plurally, IS JOINT PROPERTY AND THAT SALL I HAVE TO SAY ON THAT.

It would be a red flag since your husband entered through K1 Visa and the succeeding visa application steps (Removal of Condition & Naturalization) will require you to submit pertinent documents showing bona fide marriage and that you are living together. And since you are husband and wife, therefore your house/mortgage should be under both your names.

Something else to consider, depending on where you live. For example, here in Florida I'm (USC) going to be on the loan (aka mortgage), since I make the money but my wife will be on the title (Florida law as we are married).

Are you worried that he'll want to divorce you after they he gets the permanent residency? If that's the case, he can do that now, and remove conditions on his own. And if his parents want to buy him a house, so that you both can live in it, what's the problem?
He can always say "No, thanks" to his parents.

Your Husband has astute Parents and I salute them.
I can see that they acquired their wealth by being reasonable and prudent. I wish I could shake their hands.
You can always tell them thanks but no thanks and that you and your Husband will buy a 1 bedroom studio to start out with on your own.
