No way! I'm only pro-chuckling at fellow humans who die excruciating deaths. And unintentional irony, of course. I am always in favor of that. Oh also, root vegetables. So, in order: laughing smugly at agonizing deaths; unintentional irony; and beets. A lot of people just don't know how good beets are.

twowls reacted to Wyld Blu in K1 Visa or another route???
The biggest problem you have with that is this. Coming on a tourist visa with the intention of getting married and adjusting status is illegal. It is considered visa fraud and can result in her being banned from the US. She can come on a tourist visa and get married, but she will have to wait out the CR-1 visa in her country. Many people do it the way you suggested and some make it through and some lose it all. The risk you take is not worth it to most people and nobody here will advise you to go this route. My advise is to either go the K1 fiance visa or the CR1 spouse visa, Yes it takes time and money, but it is the legal way to do this.

It is relevant if you understood their agenda, which is reactionary to the 'browning' of America. These groups know that within the next few decades, whites will be a minority, and that scares many of them. In fact, that even scares regular white folk who don't consider themselves racist. Russel Pearce is already pushing forward legislation in Arizona that would deny U.S. Citizenship to babies born in the U.S. from undocumented mothers, defying the Constitution. These white supremacists are using immigration organizations like Numbers USA and FAIR as fronts to their extreme agenda, which is ultimately to greatly reduce all immigration. They'll deny that's their agenda, but the Southern Poverty Law Center has done extensive research and has documented proof that this is their ultimate objective. The reason why the Arizona Law is popular among Americans is because illegal immigrants have become the scapegoat to our economic crisis, which is ironic given the fact that they actually are a boost to our economy. We need pragmatic solutions to our immigration problems, not draconian, racist-based nativism driving policy.

The furor over illegal immigrants in the larger context of the Arizona law debate is directly relate-able to a long and ignoble history of anti-immigrant feelings to be found voiced by some groups throughout US history. The 'big debate' fueled by a certain media outlet, eaten up and regurgitated here on VJ are absolutely much ado about nothing, except of course the very heart of the matter, that the AZ law has it's heart in "white separatist" groups, which is just a polite face on "white supremacist" groups.
If you think this AZ law, and the entire kerfuffle going on right now has anything to do with illegal immigrants destroying us as a nation then you fit right in with every generational wave of anti-immigrant fervor to be found in our historical past, i.e. hysterical claims that this group or that group will diminish our quality of life and destroy our otherwise would be perfect nation. Couching your feelings with "Ya but they are here illegally" doesn't really change that fact.
As to the well documented link between who wrote the original law, Russel Pearce AZ State Senator and Neo-Nazi's it is pretty much as plain as this picture which is worth a thousand words:

That's a guy named J.T. Ready, who also happens to be one of Arizona's leading neo-Nazis next to Mr. Pearce, getting a hug in fact.

Actually while illegal immigrants are getting all the press these days, and the fawning over here on VJ by the anti-immigrant crowd, the link between white supremacists and the creation of the Arizona law are well documented. That doesn't probably bother anyone here who just doesn't care for Mexicans though right?
The reality is the pool of illegals has actually shrunken in the past few years, and the larger reality is that the lions share of even those are not necessarily who we should be going after. And finally, immigrants, illegal or otherwise are not at the heart of America's current economic woes.

First, are you the foreign beneficiary or the US citizen petitioner? If you're the beneficiary then you shouldn't be filling out this form. Your fiancee should be doing it.
USCIS does not care how you originally met, or the evolution of your relationship. Those are things the consular officer will be interested in at the interview. Feel free to front load this information with your I-129F petition, but I seriously doubt it will be necessary for the consulate in Australia. You can save this information for the interview.
What USCIS is interested in is whether you've met the statutory requirement that you and your fiancee have physically met each other, face to face, within two years prior to filing the petition. A simple statement describing this will satisfy the requirements of question 18. For example, "I took a flight to New York City on mm/dd/yyyy to meet my fiancee. We spent xx days together." They will also want PROOF of this statement. Common evidence people here provide are boarding passes for the flight(s) you took, visas or passport stamps (if international travel was involved), receipts for hotels/atms/purchases in the destination city/country, etc. These prove you actually traveled, commonly called 'primary evidence' on this site. For proof you actually met during the trip they want to see photos of both of you together.
You only NEED to provide proof of the meeting that meets the 2 year statutory requirement. You aren't required to submit proof of any prior trips, nor evidence of an actual romantic relationship. You can provide this additional evidence with the petition if you wish. It will become part of the file which USCIS forwards to the consulate, and can help if your fiancee is from a high fraud country. Again, I doubt it will make much difference in Australia. It's not generally considered to be a high fraud country.
They are rather lax about the photo requirements. What they mainly want to see is a picture that can be scanned and is compatible with their digital storage system. It's ok if it's a little taller, shorter, wider, narrower, or has a slightly tinted background. If it's dramatically outside the required dimensions, is not a frontal picture (angled or profile), or has a dark background then they may not accept it. My fiancee's photos were 1/2 inch too tall, 1/2 inch too narrow, and had a light blue background. They were accepted without question.
The sample letter of intent in the K1 guides (see link at top of page) concisely covers everything your letter needs to say. Many here have used the example letter successfully. Make sure you submit the ORIGINAL signed letters and keep a photocopy for yourself. Any document you submit that requires a signature from you or your fiancee must be the original signed document.

OP, I don't know much, but the above sounds crazy convoluted to me. All kinds of baseless reading into what your husband might be thinking. You've got a freaked out, somewhat substantiated feeling your man may be planning some potentially devastating sh*t. He's proven himself absolutely harmful. Handle it. I have no idea what the preceding novel is about.

You really have to separate your fears of consequences for your own involvement from the importance of potentially protecting lives. He certainly does sound about eleven kinds of scary shady; he's treated you like something he stepped in, and you need to not worry about his well-being. Only your own, and those you might save some agony if, on the off-chance, your and your psychiatrist's hunch is correct. Breathe for a minute and think clearly about that. And anyway, you had no idea of his capabilities when you brought him over and now you'd be doing a huge service to alert authorities. Do what feels right. You're frightened of him, he's made violent threats, his behaviors could match those of an intending troublemaker on a larger scale. Act.
If he's innocent of the greatest of accusations, he won't be punished for them. If he's guilty, you will have done a major, major good thing.
