I am a U.S. citizen, and I currently reside in the U.S. My fiancee resides in her home country, Askersund, Örebro, Sweden. We have known each other for about a year and half now and have met in person a few times. We have everything finished for the K-1 Visa, just waiting to mail it. But her parents may be moving and we would like to be together as soon as possible, would it be best for her to come to the U.S. on a tourist visa, and us get married, then file all of the paperwork? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

The biggest problem you have with that is this. Coming on a tourist visa with the intention of getting married and adjusting status is illegal. It is considered visa fraud and can result in her being banned from the US. She can come on a tourist visa and get married, but she will have to wait out the CR-1 visa in her country. Many people do it the way you suggested and some make it through and some lose it all. The risk you take is not worth it to most people and nobody here will advise you to go this route. My advise is to either go the K1 fiance visa or the CR1 spouse visa, Yes it takes time and money, but it is the legal way to do this.
