If you have the co-sponsor's transcripts from IRS you shouldn't need to show them anything else.
If you are only going to show copies of the tax returns, then yes, they would need to see W2s or pay stubs, ideally the originals. Don't despair though. I know that many companies nowadays issue their W2s online, which the employee can print out and which are accepted by IRS. So first check whether that's a possibility with your co-sponsor. If not, you may want to consider either notarized copies of the originals or simple photocopies plus a letter from their employer confirming their employment, its lenght and how much they earn per year.
thanks for the respond...is that sure? I don't have problem showing my USC husband's original docs of ITR's and paystub ....I have to ask my co sponsor if i can borrow it because those are very important to them.....Any more ideas pls?

Error description: On approval of the direct-filed I-130 a notification letter is sent. This single sheet of paper states the date your direct-filed I-130 was approved and says instructions on how to precede will be forth coming. But nothing ever does show up until the computer notices you have not submitted your DS-230 in a timely manner and directs Manila Embassy to re-issue the mailing of the first instruction packet again. If you should grow concerned that instructions have not arrived in a timely manner and you visit the Embassy again to present your approval notification letter to window X. You will be told that your instructions were mailed on the same date as your approval notification letter was sent. The error is the DS-230 (Application for Immigration visa) form was not included with the approval notification letter like it is if the I-130 is filed in the USA. The filing of the DS-230 (Application for Immigration visa) is the event that enters you into the interview-scheduling queue. TAKE NOTE: All Manila US Embassy direct-filed I-130 applications should immediately on receipt of the I-130 approval notification letter, fill out this form http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf and precede to window X, Immigration visa dept, Manila American Embassy and file this form in person as soon as possible.
That was happened to us Shing. We waited for 20 days and when my husband emailed them they said that it was send at the same date after they get the aproved 1-130. And so we just downloadee the form and went to the USE Manila in window X and submitted the packet 3. We wasted the 20 days..oh well good thing now i have my med ched and interview date schedule..Thanks God..

This letter answers question 15 of the I-864 (so it's not a cover letter) but I'm not sure if it's different from the "letter of intent" you are describing. Sorry!
Hi. Still i thank u and appreciate it..

My USC husband never cancelled any of his ties/bond to the US. He is disabled and I have a co-sponsor. It says attach proof of the steps taken to establish domicile. He is paying his bills online like his Taxes, insurances, credit cards etc. Although he don't have a house there anymore, all his bills were all sent to his mom's house where we live since he came here in the PI. We will live with his mom because that will help us save up money and buy our own home to live with our future family. We will just share to pay bills. According to his mom and brother we can temporarily use their car until we get ready to get our own. It says that if the USC spouse is currently not in the states he will have to make a letter of intent to return to the USA and also the proof of the steps have taken to establish domicile. Any ideas and suggestions? Help. Thanks a lot...

I am using this:
which I nabbed off of someone on the forums here!
Thanks a lot! We have this already and we thought this is called a cover letter? We were thinking that letter of intent is the letter why my USC husband wanna go back to the US with me or do we also have to write a letter like that?
-
Hi. What is a Letter of intent to return together with spouse in the USA? We have collected all the evidencesof my USC husband's proof of domicile and steps made going back to states. It says here also that If the petitioner currently is not in the USA and he us a US citizen, he should provide a letter of intent to return with you ( thats me i supposed) to the United States. Any sample form for letter of intent to return ? Pls help....thanks

thanks for reply but does it has to be the Annual Gross or the Annual Net for #23?

How about on #25. My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on myFederal tax returns for the most recent three years was: (for 3 recent years and total income)
Thanks anyone pls help..thanks

Mrs. Faith, did you get anything yet??
We sent the missing documents to Rio yesterday and they arrived there today at 9am. I'm hoping we'll hear something by Friday and if not then I'll call on Friday afternoon.
I'm really hoping we'll have the visa in hand by NEXT friday, but who knows! I sent them 3 options of ways to supplement my moms income, so one of them MUST WORK!
Has anyone that originally applied in January got the visa in hand yet?
Good luck guys!
Hi.We personally went to USE Manila yesterday and submitted the DS230 1 and DS2001 that we downloaded on the computer. The girl on window x accepted it and said wait 1 t 2 months...but i know DS230 dont take that long dont know why she said that...oh well we will wait for packet 4 now
-
VISA IN HAND!!!!
Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Yep, Thanks to you all! The young lady on the window X who received the packet 3 that we just submitted today was not smiling and looks so serious and when we asked her how long does it takes before we get a packet 4 , she said 1 to 2 months.
But we don't believe her bcoz they said on the email that DCF takes 3 to 5 months, and in real person when you inquire they will tell you 3 to 6 months, 1-130 running on 4 months now ...And as I looked on the timelines of DFC'ers here in PH it takes like 1 to 3 weeks...we're praying that we can receive the packet 4 a week from now

Wherever it ask for your spouse name write in the name, if you have no other non-US Citizen(s) immigrating with you then all other questions will be NONE. Your spouse is a US Citizen and will not be immigrating.
Ok thanks a lot we put none last night and ready to submit it today ...

co-sponsor's joint ITR with wife
in Direct Consular Filing (DCF) General Discussion
Posted
Does my co-sponsor's wife has to fill up 1-864A ? My brother is my only co sponsor and his wife and him are joint in ITR, does his wife still needs to fill it up? If yes does she also needs to attach her ITR's W2?
Second question, My brother has 6 dependents on his ITR year 2008 but on year 2009 he has only 4. So the 4 dependent is what he should write on his 1-864 (thats including me counted) and don't bother on 2008 dependent am i correct?
Pls help on these they just requested tax transcript hope that wont take too long, my interview will be on july 01. Thanks and i will appreciate your responds....
