  1. Thank you trailmix ! :)

Trailmix, got the affidavit form i got from my co-sponsor which is my brother. On his Current annual individual income is $106,000.00 and on his employment of certificate it is stated his annual base salary is 93,185 per year..Is that ok, the amount is not the same? Was wondering, maybe his current annual individual is gross and base annual is after deductions? Pls help ...i hope this is not wrong bcoz my interview is getting closer

  2. Tax records also?

Yes i got it already thanks...Bobby+Umit, i have posted a question but i havent got an answer yet, maybe you could give me some idea and help. On 1-864 of my USC husband Item# 23 My current annual individual income. The SSS sent him a letter stating what is his current income but the amount is for monthly and not annually....So what he did was he attached a simple computation at the back of SSS current income showing the amount of SSS multiply by 12 months. Is that fine or just don't attach anything because the consul will handle that and know what to do?

  3. On 1-864 of Item# 23. My Current Annual Individual Income, the SSS send my USC husband a letter stating how much he is currently receiving but the amount is for monthly income and not annually income. So what he did was to write on a sheet of paper the monthly amount of his income multiplied by 12 months and sign it.Is that ok or the consul will just take care of it and know what to do and no need to write the explanation computation? Help ,any ideas? Thank you po....

  4. Current income would be based on his current paystubs and a letter from the employer stating employment, level of salary, and status of said employement.

W-2s would only show last years income, which is not "current".

He would still need to show IRS info, the same as the primary sponsor would. (tax transcripts are best) - 1 year is sufficient, however, I would recommend sending 3 years worth.

Thanks for the respond. Letter of employment and 1-864 are on its way now from fedex!

  5. Youre welcome, well you can go there anytime you want pero wag lang yung late na late kasi dami ng applicants who are having medical, especially monday pa tom,im sure madami talaga...6am would be good din, layo mo pala, should wake up early talaga kasi travel pa pala kayo..goodluck sa medical mo.. :star:

Oo sis have to wake up early..hehehehe thanks uli sis! :)

  6. I dont think if they allow your hubby to get inside the extension clinic.ivew seen many hubby waiting outside while their partners are inside...well if you go there early like 4am, you might get done the first day earlier(maybe 10am,i went there that time and i got done at 10),that way your husband will not wait outsiden longer, atleast only halfday :P (wawa nmn dba pag nag antay ng matagal) but if he really wants to go with you (yaan mo na),its normal that they want to support you in your endeavor.

Thanks for the respond sis..hehe Yup wawa nga eh if will wait for a longer period of time lang outside...That was so early sis ,4 am ? When was that? What if i get there 6 am na? Naku i have to wake up early pala..I live in cavite pa...

  7. I had a lot of problems with this question too, and asked some questions here and also called NVC. I never got a completely straight answer, but I will tell you what I did (hopefully it was the right thing, the operator at NVC said that it was).

For your I864, I believe that he should write his individual income and send in his W2s, showing why the income he is putting down differs from the actual tax return, which also include his wife's income.

Please someone correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Indy90. Thanks for responding..That's what i also told my co sponsor to do...anyway i think what is important is the current annual individual income which was on his W2. And he has all his recent....anyone there also have some ideas about this?

  8. What should my co-sponsor write on 1-864 of item # 25. My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax returns for the most recent three years was: 2007,2008,2009

He is my only co sponsor and not together with his wife even they are filing joint on ITR. Does it means that he has to manually compute his adjusted gross income and write it on that item # 25? They are filing joint income tax return. Is the adjusted gross income also combined when filing joint or there is a box there that shows their individual adjusted gross income? His annual income is not a problem for it is on his W2. Any idea pls help..thanks a lot

  9. When there is no money inside, you will get your mail or card but when there is dollar inside who would not get it anymore. My mom in-law never knew it till my husband told her last year 2009 when sent christmas card with dollar inside and we never get even the card.

  10. postman ? 11 days? WOW - that co-sponser already sent it out, before you posted yer question here.

it was sent USPS International Express, then ?

    Not DHL, Not Fedex ?

Oh My - you are very lucky to receive something, I think so !

    Whew !

Nope. If you will read this forum from the start My co sponsor haven't sent his IRS tax transcript yet. lol The house agreement that was sent by my mother in-law was the one i got yesterday thru express mail she sent it june 1 and got it yesterday june 11. It just that it took .It was not an ordinary post man from our local area who sent it but a post man from express mail delivery :)

  11. Ok we already got the express mail overnight this afternoon! Thank God, thought it was lost took like 11 days before we got it knowing it was sent express overnight. I was on my way to Sm and saw a post man walking and ask me the name I said that was me!!! LOL He asked me 35 pesos oh well i gave 40 pesos for him to buy a coke to drink

  12. Every single tax document i sent to the Philippines was scanned and printed, but before i scanned the documents, i made sure that every page did not expose my ssn or bank account info. when i printed out the copies, there was no trace of my ssn or bank routing number to be read or identified. my wife had no problems submitting these documents for the support part of our paperwork.

Thanks for the respond to you all...Ok i will bring everything including the the printed paystubs, GC, MC, BC, Passport. Do i have to ask them to email all the ITR and W2 because if i already have the IRS tax transcript? They will send via fed ex or LBC the original 1-864 and also 1-864A for wife just incase, Emp. cert. and tax transcript for 3 yrs.

Charmaine+James, about all the docs you scanned and printed like what i used to do at first, how did you do that covering the SSN# part and all that confidential there, is it ok to write a line on it using pentel pen on that part? Thanks a lot :) Just Bob, yes embarrassing lots of spiders big spiders my husband sometimes pissed off

  13. 50% of the time the cards I'd mail to Merlaine never got there. When they did, they'd been cut open and were damaged. I guess if they cut it open and don't find anything worth keeping, they just toss it in the garbage, well...50% of the time..lol When I sent interview documents to her this last time, I used FedEx who then turned it over to Air 21. The Air 21 guy couldn't find her and was standing out on the street asking people if they new her. One of the kids in her barangay said she knew her so he just handed it to the kid and left.

DHL is the only company that has DHL employees in the Philippines - they don't use any other company. Air 21 might be ok in other parts of the Phils, but I'll never use them again.

Actually my packet 3 from the USE Manila that i got was teared up 2 openings on the side like they tried to look what's inside....disgusting and embarrassing my husband is very pissed off.Thank God his receipt from IRS were never teared up only once we noticed someone tried to look it was like tried to opened it up but they did not tried all the way.Oh i hope they wont opened it or if they do and found out that there were no dollar inside they will still send it. It is express mail like registered. It is only 2 pages of house contract. This is the 10th day since it was mailed in the states , we can wait till 14th of this month and after that we don't know whwre to pick it up.... :(

  14. I would never send anything by USPS because they turn it over to the Filipino Post Office as soon as the package arrives in the Philippines. And you know what that means!!! :o

But i called our post office here and told me they never received anything and nobody even left a mail for us. The post man here is our relative and delivers all the mails of my husband. He said when it is send via express mail , they have their own post man. last year mt mother inlaw did same thing she sent something via express mail and in just 8 days we got it..can't understand now why....well, i think what we have to do is to wait ,they don't have yet any notice to pick it up or whatsoever...

  15. I would take to the interview everything I listed above.

Hmmm...I'm not sure why you were talking about a co-sponsor if the petitioner makes $106,000. per year.

Also, the 1040 which the petitioner filed this year is for 2009.

Nope, that was my co sponsor making $106,000 annually and not my USC husband which is my primary sponsor. Sorry what i meant was 1040 for the next year 2011 that was filed this april or march 2010 in the states correct me if im wrong....SO nothing more from my co sponsor to show what he will be receiving for next year?Thanks...

  16. My mother in-law sent us the agreement for the house where we going to live and sent it to USPS Express Mail. We tracked it online and it arrived PI June 7 12 noon. The next day we tracked it June 8 , it says Attempted Delivery abroad 5 pm. Then on June 9 was the same thing, Attempted Delivery abroad 4 pm. We are in the house all day waiting for that important mail. How come they were saying attempted delivery abroad, does it means they attempted to deliver and nobody home or whatsoever? Does anybody had the same experience and what did you do? It didn't even mention where is the mail now , it was just the date and info that was said on the tracking online.

  17. Ok thanks for all your respond. I have all the copy of his paystubs and GC that he emailed me and i printed it just incase i will still be needing it. He had an annual income of $106,000.00 year 2009 and we are total of 4 so i think he is over the poverty guideline?

He said he will just send IRS Tax transcript for 3 recent years (2007,2008,2009)via fed ex as i told him it will be safe if reputable courier will handle it. Do i still need to show his paystubs and Certificate of employment when already have IRS tax transcript? How about 1040 filed this year that is for next year?

  18. Sorry about the NVC thing...I wasn't paying attention. They have to be original...I doubt that the IRS emails them. Have your co-sponsor call them and ask for the LONG version, which has W2 information, etc. Did you get robbed through the mail? The only option, in that case, might be to UPS or FedEx them. I'd be a little nervous sending all of my personal information overseas.

Hi Indy90...They just requested from IRS a tax transcript yesterday i hope it will make it before july 01 my interview. Their dad had experienced the ID was robbed in the mail, they say it happen the thief info so they are being very careful. I told them to send it through fed ex, Lbc or DHL. So when they send the IRS tax transcript, do they still need to send the paystubs and employment certificate? thanks....

  19. aren't your W2s sent to you by regular mail too every year? those contain your ss number too.

Thanks for all the respond. They mail the receipt of the tax of my husband is paying . IRS send it via post mail maybe it is registered but no stamped showed it is registered or whatsoever but there is a note penalty $300 when use for business thats why it was not never messed up but one time we noticed it was like someone tried to open the front sealed of the envelope.

  20. My co sponsor is afraid of thief info in the mail sending their original tax transcript or tax returns, W2, paystub either of the 2. We know that when have tax transcript no need for paystubs , emp cert . Are there among here who did this sending originals tax returns? Does the consul really ask for the original tax returns of the co sponsor because those infos are all there the SSS # and everything...Pls help. We started to print all those tax returns they emailed us here but some here advised they might ask for originals the consul....

  21. You should send the last three years of transcripts. The dependents should be what was listed on the 2009 tax return.

The I 864A is where it gets a bit more complicated and where I have a little bit of doubt as well. From what I understand, when it asks the co-sponsor for his/her income, he/she should put what his/her actual income was and not the income of his/her spouse, ASSUMING that he/she makes enough alone to get above the 125 percent. The co-sponsor would send in his/her W2s, showing how much he/she made. The spouse would not have to fill out a I 864.

However, there was a case recently in Argentina (everything had gone through NVC just fine) where, at the interview, they asked for a I 864A from a spouse, I think because they were worried that the spouse was unaware or something like that. So maybe it would be a good idea to have her fill out a I 864 to take to the interview, just in case.

Please correct me someone if I have misunderstood things.

Thanks for the info. My co sponsor makes $106,000.00 annual so he is over the poverty guideline rqmts. Do they need to send the original tax transcript over here in the philippines because they are afraid of the thief info it already happened to their dad. Can they just email it and then i will print it? We are DCF NVC not involve thanks ... :)
