From what I have read --I think (and correct me if I am wrong ) she is using u guys both . She is playing the field .She may have used the guy to get a visa to come here , then used you as a ticket to get settled and then moved on . I think the whole scheme smells ''fishy'' and quacks like a duck .To my knowledge --her fiancee can get her deported if she changes her mind about marrying him unless she voluntary goes back home within the 90 days . I think she will get a hard time the next time around at her interview (if you file for her ) . Get some good legal advise before becoming another ''sucker''. Good luck .

For all practical purposes, the Green Card is needed when returning from a foreign country. For that reason I've been living in the US for now close to 19 years and have never been asked for my Green Card or resident status in any way, shape, or form, not even when traveling within a few miles of the Mexican border.
It's a personal decision, and I totally respect people who have it on them "at all times," even if that implies inserting it into one of the body's cavities during sex. For the same reason, I have zero compassion for people who are whining that they have to chill out hundreds of dollars for a replacement card and have to wait up to 6 months for their new card to arrive.

My wife never takes it out of the house. She has her state ID with her which is all the ID she needs. Technically, you're supposed to carry it everywhere, but we'll take our chances. I'm not paying $400 to get a new one. My parents emigrated here and never took their greencards out of the house in the 15 years between when they came to the US and when they filed for citizenship.

This is your fault to have allowed this to go on so long. You are an enabler. I have seen this happen before and I even had to show tough love on my brother. I gave the bum a certain date and stuck to it. On that date he was cut off totally. Within a month he had found a job. He had also started being able to contribute. He is still doing well and this was about 3 years ago. It was my fault to have let it go on as long as it did. (About a year)
As for his all day on the internet then assume that it is for no good and cut that off. If he goes out with friends every night then let them take him in and support him. A man is supposed to be a man and work and bring home a living. This means stability in a home. With stability comes confidence and confidence means a sense of self worth. If he is depressed that you make a lot more than tough.

Throw his #### out. Give him a date that he will either have a job, or come home after hanging with his friends to find all his ####### outside. And stick to it. You can't coddle these Moroccan men.. God, can we get him deported? It's attitudes and behaviours like this that give entire nations a bad reputation. He's going to need to get over his entitled, elitist attitude PDQ if he thinks he's going to get anywhere with it in the US. For his own sanity and for the sake of the entire British population.
Having said all that, there's plenty of people who are going to be terrified he's Harry Potter's distant cousin, of the Slytherin persuasion, and comply with his foot-stomping for fear of having Crucio cast upon them...

A little fear is good for a child. Part of the problem today is too many children have no fear of authority. So much is a fault of over-protective parents who coddle their kids in every way possible. Just look at how so many act like hooligans in school now days because that authority figure has been taken away from teachers. You dare to single out a kid or raise your voice to them and their parents are up there raising hell.
As I stated earlier, spanking is necessary in some cases and in some it's not. Every child is an individual and learns in different ways. Yes, example is how children learn. How they understand that example though is where it gets tricky. To help them understand, something physical in some circumstances is important. Pain is a negative association and one that works well for some kids. Others can understand by associating it with things they already don't like.
I know some want this perfect "super nanny" society where a "naughty step" is the answer, but life doesn't work that way and human development doesn't work that way. No one way is the necessary right way and you need to be prepared for whatever way works for your unique individual child as a parent.

Every child is different and I've explained this before. Some respond well to being shown what's wrong and right and others respond better to physical pain in relation to knowing what's wrong and right. It's an individual thing. Not every child needs to be spanked, but some do.
