My in-laws became Citizens last week in Fairfax Office, it was a very brief ceremony of 30 people wearing masks.
They where told they are doing 13 ceremonies a day at that office to clear the backlog it was about 15 minutes in total.
Nobody allowed in except those becoming Citizens, so things are moving.
 

Nothing yet. Waiting for my interview to be rescheduled. I saw in other forum many people got their interview and oath ceremonies rescheduled for next week and early June in many states. Not sure if we will hear from DC field office soon since Virginia is still under stay at home order.

Same situation here, Northern Virginia is planning to reopen in two weeks. Hope they can start scheduling things soon since the appointments are usually scheduled a month in advance. 

He is the proof of my oath ceremony scheduled . And my letter show up this morning in their website as well. Y’all are next finger crossed 🤞.

my in laws was cancelled in March 2 days before the ceremony so they are still waiting!

I traveled internationally the day after my interview and two more times before taking the oath. No big deal. You just have to disclose it on the oath letter.

Mother-in-law arrived for her Oath Ceremony yesterday in Fairfax when she went to hand in her Green Card they informed her that her ceremony had been desheduled? 
After traveling 2 hours herself & family flying in to attend they gave her back her green card.
They gave her a copy of the de scheduling letter sent on 16th?
Informed her that she had to have her Oath Ceremony at a different location in February & that someone should have called her?? 
When she got home the letter was in the mailbox just delivered. No email or phone call notification?
While waiting they enquirered what is happening about Father-in-Laws as he interviewed the same day but by a trainee, the short answer was nothing it is in a pile awaiting checking!

You will not be a citizen until the day of the Oath Ceremony then you can apply for your US passport.  Congratulations on passing interview.
 

Congrats Song41 - it sounds like very good news! I bet it will not take that long to be checked, I'm pretty sure they just say 2-3 months to give themselves extra time and to let you know not to worry if something didn't happen right away. Thank you for continuing to share your journey with us:-D

1 parent was approved.
The other parent was told they passed everything it looked fine but was deferred as they where interviewed by a person being trained so has a 2-3 month wait for it to be checked by a qualified officer.
Will post a full report on the interviews later.

I had almost given up checking & just went online when it informed me scheduled for Interview I was surprised! I then went to look in documents & my interview was in there for Nov 15.
I received no notification at all & it was scheduled yesterday October 10?

We applied (N400) on January, 6, 2019.  Our interview at the Prosperity Avenue office in Fairfax is on 15 June; so, a five month wait for us.  Hope you get a speedy interview!  Good Luck!

Yes you can get married in US while on an ESTA.
We got married days before my husband was due to return to UK, we had no plans to get married but at the last minute we could not face being apart so we got married & he adjusted status while here in the USA.
The biggest thing with that is he could not work until he was approved.
So unless you can support your spouse for many months they are better to return to their home country where they can work while it is processed.

My son's Birth Certificate copy My Naturalization Certificate copy My birth certificate copy (I was told this is required even if you are not born in the USA, so I sent it to avoid RFE) Son's Green Card photocopy Certified Copy of custody order The USCIS processing timeline said approximately 5 months, but it actually only took 3.5 months. Never had to show originals or go to the office in person. However, case status never updated to completed. It still shows "in line for oath" even though we have already received the certificate!

Just wanted to update this in case it might help anyone in the future:
After I received the "in line for oath" status update (4/23), I called USCIS to ask why my son had to go to an oath ceremony when he is only 9.
They opened a SERVICE REQUEST to the field office directly (4/26) and then I got a letter in the mail from the field office (4/30) to say that he does NOT have to attend the ceremony and they will just send the certificate by registered mail!
I received the Certificate of Citizenship today (5/11).
Note - they never updated my case status or told me the certificate was in production or that my case had completed processing. It still shows "in line for oath ceremony" even today and I have the certificate in hand!

My husband went to the new London Embassy with his now 15 year old son for interview the first day it was Open.  All went well & his UK passport is now back with the sealed envelope to be presented the next time he enters the USA.  Thanks to everyone who has supported us on this journey & hope most of you are no approved from Nov 2016 Filers

We are still waiting the approval said 30 days so we called & where told no it is 60+ days the letter is out of date!!  
We had hoped it would all be sorted out by now but not there yet!

Congrats! Now, it's a short wait for them to send your approved application to NVC. You don't do anything. You should see your status online update and then you'll eventually get the "NVC Welcome Letter" via email and/or mail from NVC. In the welcome letter it will tell you what to do next. Total wait time for you from now till when you get the letter is 4-6 weeks.

This is our timeline.
He entered on VWP I convinced him to marry me!!
We got married before his VWP expired but once married he was here as an overstay until we applied AOS.
So he did….he overstayed his Visa for 6 months before we applied as we had to get all his paperwork & medical records sent to us.
He was an overstay out of status for 6 months.
