    I have seen older. There tends to be more practical issues especially if money is an issue, no NHS. Why can you not marry in the US?

    I have never had one, but my Insurance provides it free and people I know have it. Over here they do give you a piece of paper. Perhaps it is time I get one?

    I am not going to argue, I forgot the term I was trying to remember and it has just come to me - Power of Attorney. Never seen it apply in this sort of circumstance.
