  1. On what basis would you file? Are both the parents dead?
  2. You have wasted time but that is about it.
  3. It seems that this is an adjustment case, so I have asked that this be moved to the appropriate forum. Yes you would file the full package to adjust, I would start by reading the Guides and then ask if you have any questions.
  4. Missed this thread, so many good stories of late but here is a sad one.
  5. The word is jurisdiction
  6. Apparently the average price for a new car from the legacy Manufacturers is around $50k. Now quite how many people can afford that is an interesting question. And good luck finding that many at that price at your local Ford dealer.
  7. From a US perspective, well from most, that is not normal.
  8. She gets no time off? Have you visited her?
  9. Reminds me of a friend of mine who I would hear about his ongoing litany of failures over a beer. Anyway after a few years his Mother found him a suitable match in India, now back then it took about a month to bring her over and he could have paid for faster processing. US has a longer processing time. Just watched something about the 4B movement, looks like demand will only increase.
  10. Start of the interview by correcting the mistake
  11. He could file a Writ of Mandamus but too early to do that and risky with a K1
  12. I have no idea if adoption in such circumstances is possible, best to contact a local family lawyer.
  13. I was in Berkley many years ago and Harris was in the news. What I remember from then was that her father disappeared pretty early and she was brought up in Canada mainly by her mother, so no suggestion she was not born in US, if memory serves me right her parents met at Berkley. This was nearly 20? years ago. Her mother is Tamil, Southern Indian, her father is Jamaican. In Jamaican patois a Brownie, mixed race, quite what proportion of whatever I do not know. It seems the Dems still operate under the one drop rule? So whatever he is she would by definition be half that. Back when I was Berkley I know she was all over her Indian ancestry, maybe because she was brought up by her Mother? The father side seems a much more recent addition. My Grandfather when he retired spent a lot of time in his Allotment, by the end of the summer he would have the same complexion, perhaps I need to do a DNA test? Reminds me of a Black influencer some years ago who did do a DNA test and was horrified with the results, personally not that interested, does it matter, but she was the one who played it.
  14. Assuming you will be interviewing in London it will not be an issue for them.
  15. The Doctor will determine whether what you have supplied meets their needs, beyond my pay grade.
  16. Should make the interview a lot easier when they have checked everything in advance.
  17. What would you describe this
  18. We were having tea with my mother-in-law the other day and out of the blue she said, “I’ve decided I want to be cremated.” I said, “Alright, get your coat.”
