  1. No one knows Yes Presumably you will be filing a CRBA?
  2. Well that also makes more sense, 15 years not 10 years. So Joint Sponsors would be the way to go, otherwise focus on those with children who might age out first.
  3. Can Democrats still win in rural states? Montana’s Senate race offers litmus test Jon Tester is fighting to keep his Senate seat amid the prospect that Democrats like him are now facing political extinction in the state https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/oct/21/montana-senate-race-jon-tester-democrats I thought this was interesting how Dems standing locally are desperately trying to separate themselves from KK and Old Joe.
  4. Presumably the father is OK with this? I would file and upgrade. I still favour mailing it as people seem to make a lot of mistakes when doing it on line.
  5. I have never thought about how VAWA companies with a Fraud Waiver, and I have never seen it discussed. Please keep this threat updated on developments.
  6. Atlantic 1.29465 Mid Market 1.30095 As at the time of posting, no doubt has changed since I have typed this. I have not gone through the process to see if there is anything else but the Atlantic rate looks good From memory I have never paid more than GBP15 fee in fees, I used to use Nat West and XE. Might well be extra fees for speedier processing.
  7. I often wonder if the process is not automated. It could be that it is produced because he does not have 3 clear years, what the CO will view as being good could be different. Presumably the interview is some way away.
  8. If you wish to move to the US then he needs to file for you. If you wish to visit I would wait until you have a job etc and have something to show before applying.
  9. One of the first cases I came across for U4U was someone who had been living in Turkey for a long time, seemed not to be an issue.
  10. They always asked me what is the purpose of your visit. To marry and stay would be the answer here and not go down well. There is no 90 day rule. There is U4U which would be a lot quicker and has multiple benefits
  11. The Consulate certainly can interview you I would check with them that they will
  12. I assume they were single when he filed for them so some years to go. In the meantime he should line up joint sponsors
  13. The only way I can make sense of this is that they do not know they are married and are F3 not 1
  14. Certainly with large amounts the exchange rate is key.
  15. Divorce Waivers are very common, I do not keep count but they seem to pop up frequently so I assume likewise USCIS sees a lot of them. Abuse waivers, probably one or two a year. Now I do not see everything by any stretch but even if I miss a few still not very many.
  16. Did you win the Lottery? It is free to enter. This sounds more and more like a scam.
