I have not gone through the process to see if there is anything else but the Atlantic rate looks good From memory I have never paid more than GBP15 fee in fees, I used to use Nat West and XE. Might well be extra fees for speedier processing.

    I often wonder if the process is not automated. It could be that it is produced because he does not have 3 clear years, what the CO will view as being good could be different. Presumably the interview is some way away.

    Divorce Waivers are very common, I do not keep count but they seem to pop up frequently so I assume likewise USCIS sees a lot of them. Abuse waivers, probably one or two a year. Now I do not see everything by any stretch but even if I miss a few still not very many.
