  1. I have seen it argued both ways, personally I would file on line but not sure it really matters.
  2. I seriously doubt shall we say normal cases have much difficulty going through Casablanca. I think it is safe to say that Casablanca have many more unusual cases and inevitably those are the ones that have issues and the ones you see posted on line. I have not come across any case being refused and the applicant not being told why anywhere, it is a legal requirement.
  3. Listed here https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request
  4. The more practical option would be to visit, expedites if approved may be quicker bit not quick.
  5. The very worst thing he could do is file an I 130.
  6. Me too And I have see people who abandoned their GC and were paroled in.
  7. Hold you in custody.
  8. Most French are eligible for the VWP. They can not refuse you admission they can detain you pending a hearing in front of an IJ
  9. Minute 18 he picks out a comment about him being mean about Nigerians Minute 37.....
  10. You probably have a year to understand the process, an hours research will get most of it down. Now there are Consulate specific issues as well.
  11. Has she seen a Doctor?
  12. I would start with making sure your Spouse gets Medical treatment, I certainly have no idea what that would be, Something a Doctor needs to address not VJ.
  13. That is going to be a very difficult Medical prognosis to sell.
  14. You can always try but I doubt it. But it is not me that makes the call. Maybe also look at a B2 Medical. The thing that worries me is that it sounds she has not sought Medical help.
  15. I have never heard of there being a domicile issue where someone is clearly living in the US.
  16. I think his Wife is the brains, he found his niche in WoM, just had a notification he is doing a 10am pop up, well my time, in half an hour
  17. You need to move on. The longer you leave it the worse things will get.
  18. Not sure if you have been for a B interview, I did in a previous life. Now that is a bit of a story. Anyway from my personal observations and everything I have seen since that conforms them the interviews are short, 2 or 3 questions, not a place for nuance even if you get a longer interview so I guess what I am trying to say is that you do not get any more opportunity to describe the situation than in the first posts here. They of course do not have past posts to go through but they do have a lot of other system that check for things. Anyway none of this matters unless she can pick up a cancellation. Not sure what the odds are but assume low. In your other thread I said her Mothers actions would not impact her immigration situation, certainly can impact another immediate family member when it comes to visiting.
  19. Being in the US you should have lots of things, it gets tricky when you are not.
  20. Jim says a lot of weird things but this case to be fair is unusual.
