  1. That is how I read it, presumably in the 40 to 50 range. Not that different to Husbands age.
  2. It seems the child will be a USC.
  3. He is certainly eligible to naturalise, no need for you to pay. Working then they are unlikely to be able to enforce the I 864 He may have acquired 40 quarters of contributions anyway.
  4. The I 864 has been used in Divorce Court. Your best bet is if he naturalises, when did he become a Permanent Resident? If you cannot afford a Lawyer then I assume there is not a lot he could do anyway. Are they working?
  5. I assume they have a 3 year ban, being out of status for a year will up that to 10 years so they need to leave asap
  6. Well it has been a very long time since I have seen a case take a year.
  7. The child could be walking by the time she gets a visa, I do not see an issue.
  8. File CRBA to obtain passport Healy insurance not required One extra hot the I 864
  9. Well seems she has properties apart from Maryland, made her money in the DIE industry, and has agreed to register to vote in California per NPR just now
  10. I had heard Meghan was in consideration, or maybe Kim, but perhaps they are being retained to replace Kamala?
  11. I 485 Correct you need to wait for your priority date to be current.
  12. See this all the time. It will be quicker for your Mother to apply for you assuming you are single and stay single No harm Sister filing as well. Adjustment of status is a long long way away and you will have to maintain your status in the mean time.
  13. As a plus she is LGBT and from Maryland.
  14. They may have improved the skin test, when I had it done unknowingly it did not differentiate those who had been vaccinated.
  15. Lets not get too excited it seems she has yet to see a Doctor. So a lot of speculation.
  16. The I 864 has been enforced by the Divorce Courts to ensure the sponsor meets their obligations.
  17. I have seen it argued both ways, personally I would file on line but not sure it really matters.
  18. I seriously doubt shall we say normal cases have much difficulty going through Casablanca. I think it is safe to say that Casablanca have many more unusual cases and inevitably those are the ones that have issues and the ones you see posted on line. I have not come across any case being refused and the applicant not being told why anywhere, it is a legal requirement.
  19. Listed here https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request
  20. The more practical option would be to visit, expedites if approved may be quicker bit not quick.
