  1. Today's stats: March 22, 2024 09:15 EDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 389 • Denied: 122 • FingerprintScheduled: 255 • InterviewCancelled: 86 • InterviewScheduled: 1276 • Processing: 37,895 • Received: 746 • Rejected: 105 • RFE: 1,191 • Terminated: 111 • Withdrawal: 3 • Others: 87
  2. The Biden administration gave discretion to USCIS to waive green card interviews (especially initial AOS applicants) as long as they had a strong case... This was done to try to alleviate the large backlog that had built during COVID times
  3. This is perfect. Thank you for starting your month's thread! I did the same for November filers
  4. Agreed.... I do not believe an I-290B would be allowed here. Refile as soon as you can and do it with assistance
  5. I've seen them responding within a week and I've also seen them take 4-8 weeks to issue the receipt numbers. You can make an inquiry to the lockbox support email after 30 days of its receipt
  6. How much of a fee did you pay for the I-765 and what category did you file it under?
  7. Today's stats: March 21, 2024 21:15 EDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 384 • Denied: 119 • FingerprintScheduled: 258 • InterviewCancelled: 87 • InterviewScheduled: 1103 • Processing: 38,055 • Received: 749 • Rejected: 105 • RFE: 1,203 • Terminated: 111 • Withdrawal: 3 • Others: 87
  8. We received an RFE on our I-129F and responded ourselves and were approved 4 days after they received our response. Like @MalloryCat said above, if you could share the RFE here we could help you better
  9. Expiration of the validity date will not affect your getting an interview... If you go to the interview and it is expired, as long as the consular officer doing the interview approves the visa, they will automatically extend the validity date of the NOA2. I would suggest that if it is expired, you bring updated letters of intent to marry to the interview as per the FAM the CO can request updated LOIs if the NOA2 is expired
  10. The good thing about this status - The whole time from when NVC sends your I-129F packet to the embassy through the interview, the embassy treats your K-1 visa as if it is an immigrant visa (because of the immigrant intent) UNTIL it gets time for the visa issuance. Because it still technically is a nonimmigrant visa, it has to be issued by the NIV section of the consulate. When the CEAC status syays "Application Received" that means that the IV section has transferred the packet to the NIV section for visa issuance. It doesn't mean all AP checks are done, but it is a good sign that your packet is moving to the right department of the consulate to issue the visa
  11. Today's stats: March 21, 2024 08:15 EDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 378 • Denied: 119 • FingerprintScheduled: 261 • InterviewCancelled: 87 • InterviewScheduled: 952 • Processing: 38,176 • Received: 752 • Rejected: 105 • RFE: 1,233 • Terminated: 110 • Withdrawal: 3 • Others: 88 Definitely looks to track with @hplusj analysis above - Since my last stats two days ago, only 18 more approvals but almost 300 more interviews scheduled
  12. Just bring the copy of your DS-3025 to the interview and remind them that the medical exam was completed within one year of filing your I-485. They say they want to see an I-693 if required. It is not required in your case. Your medical expired in September of 2024 only for the purposes of the visa validity. Your medical exam abroad is good for filing with the I-485 as long as the exam happened within one year of that AOS filing. Hope this helps… I know it’s a bit rambling but we e been traveling all day and the flights were very bumpy 🤪
  13. Let everyone know what happens!
  14. It's under the "My Account" dropdown menu at the top of the page and it says "File a Form Online"
  15. I wish there was a way to tell as I am very curious about this too.
  16. Oh thank you for clarifying this for me
  17. The embassy does not change it. You will have to go in and do a new DS-160, submit it and print the confirmation page. I do not know if the new online appointment system makes you put the DS-160 confirmation number in when scheduling the interview (When we did it, we did not have to put it in). If it did, you will need to reach out to their support (I think it's called "Feedback" on the website) and tell them that you had to fill out a new DS-160 because of errors on the original one and give them the new confirmation (bar-code) number to associate it with your case. Or you can try to call them at the support number
  18. Today's stats: March 19, 2024 15:35 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 360 • Denied: 115 • FingerprintScheduled: 269 • InterviewCancelled: 83 • InterviewScheduled: 672 • Processing: 38,410 • Received: 761 • Rejected: 105 • RFE: 1,291 • Terminated: 108 • Withdrawal: 2 • Others: 88 166 interviews scheduled in the last 24 hours....
  19. This is correct... We had to do the same thing because of a name correction for Jaycel. We forgot to put her middle name on the DS-160
  20. They do not scan everything that you submit. I'd say that in the documents tab on ours, only like 15% of what we sent in is in there. It's normal.
  21. Ok that's what I thought but didn't want to assume The immigrant medical exam facility should offer to do any vaccinations you are missing. Jaycel got 5 vaccines during her medical exam. It may be different there in Italy so I would check with them
  22. A question so that I make sure I understand your situation.... What is ASL?
  23. How long has it been since you submitted it?
