You being denied as well because of a lack of a bonafide relationship between you and your fiance should be an eye opener. Not saying that there isn't a genuine relationship between you both but this is a good opportunity to look at your relationship under a microscope. Maybe have an 'outsider' (someone who is objective and you trust) look at your cell messages and or IMs and tell you their impression of your relationship. The fakeness of your relationship may have come across to the CO due to how your fiance answered his questions eg: too confident/rehearsed, not confident enough, hesitation, nervousness, not knowing basic must know info, vague answers, answering 1 question different times with different answers, story not adding up. Your fiance's denial may also be due to the relationship comming off as a 1 way relationship eg: too many trips in one year to JA by you, too many Western Union receipts (for such a short relationship), the amount sent via Western Union, the converstion in the chat evidence (you're obviously more into it than him/he's professing love very soon after knowing you) etc. Take this one year a chance to see if your relationship is true. Don't rush into anything.

Then what you have written tells me, you donot have sole custody of these children. You are still under the courts direction regarding custody of these children. If you have sole custody of your children, NO one can stop you from removing them out of the country.
Again, as I said before there are more missing pieces to this story.

Those children will never loose their USC so I don't understand your point on that, but you as the parent cannot be counter productive for them. You will always be looking over your shoulder. So yes that is selfish that they have to constant live in fear and disarray because you as the parent have legal issues of being in the US.
The only issue I can see what makes this bigger than a bread box, is the money being received thru the government for the welfare of these children. I could be wrong on this aswell, you may be financially stable without aid.
I doubt the wife(mother) has obtained her USC, so that is probably a non-issue.

With all that have been said, I don't believe there is any more advise to be given, all else will be opinions. I will say, you are being truly selfish, what you are doing will bring more harm to those kids in the end, but they are your children. You have to live with the decisions you make.
I do believe there are more to the story than what has been posted, but we don't need to know.

Bring food in, some POE's will take anything that is not in a sealed package, others will let them thru
POE's where the dogs are sent out into the custom area and plane
POE's where they have to go to secondary for inspection
POE's where it's all laid back, but no one knows what may or can happen on any given day.
Those with forgein passports are handled a little different than those of us with US passport. I have been traveling back and forth to Jamaica for the last six years and I have seen some of everything.

At FLA, they don't even let you off of the plane before they send in the sniffing dogs. They have you line up and let the dogs sniff. If this is his first time flying, he needs to be aware of things that could possibly go wrong.

As african americans, we were told that we were inferior to white people, we couldn't eat in the same restaurants, swim in the same pools, or even go to the same schools. Heck, there are some famous cases of black men losing their lives for whistling at white women. Saying you were black and proud meant we were equal to everyone one else in the world, not 3/4 human like some people believe or part monkey.
Scholarships for black people were to ensure we got the the same treatment as everyone else. Google James Meredith, and you will see what they had to go through back then. He needed an army to protect him on his first day of school.

Five years if GC aquired thru ay other process, so I think your timing is way off.
GC holder does not give spouse a right o AOS within the US.
GC holder can only petition wife or children and the window of time is a 3-4 years wait.

I bet she will file I-751 based in Vawa, then before she gets the papers ready for Vawa you should take some action. Hide all documents regarding the marriage,let her kill herself trying to prove a bonafide marriage.Call ICE when she leaves, divorce and move on.Good luck
