  1. Was it the intention of adjusting status before you entered the US?
  2. Use a check for payment. Easier to check and track. Credit card payments routinely get denied due to fraud concerns
  3. The deadline for the I 94 is 75 days from entering the US
  4. Yes you can submit the I485 without the SSN. You don't need a state ID either. There's a question on the 485 and 765 if you want a social security number issued when your form is approved.
  5. Please complete your timelines. Not sure when you entered the US but SSA will not issue a number beyond the 75 day mark of the I 94. Others may have more experience with the Vietnamese naming convention. For the I485 list the desired name first. Any other names should be listed below the first line on form. As for state ID, you have to wait until the employment authorization is received. Definitely spend the extra money for it. File the I485 as soon as possible and carry the receipt notification as proof of Status
  6. Look up crba requirements. Possible kid is already a US citizen
  7. Weird. Don't know what to say. Maybe try another office
  8. Did the representative at SSA tell you there were no issues when you went? I would also check you want card for the 765 and 485 forms.
  9. Sounds like your household size is 4. Check the 864p on uscis.gov
  10. I filled out and printed and emailed to my fiance.
  11. I134 may or may not be requested at embassy interview but it needs to be completed. It wasn't asked for at my wife's interview in Manila
  12. I134 for embassy stage. I864 is for Adjustment of Status filing
  13. Stay off the Facebook groups. It wasn't necessary for my now wife's seminar
  14. K1 is for unmarried couples
  15. Each entry is at the discretion of cbp. How is she able to afford to travel with such frequency? What ties does she have to return to her country at the end of the authorized stay?
  16. Question is confusing. Isn't he already a green card holder?
  17. I think you're getting too confident coming on a visit visa. Have your significant other visit you in Europe a few more times or meet in 3rd country before filing for k1 or cr1
  18. When you clear cbp processing before you get on aircraft in orgin airport.
  19. No pre clearance in Germany. Only Canada, Ireland, abu dhabi, Bermuda, Bahamas
  20. Also make sure the sponsor is financially capable of supporting you. You must include i864 and i693 medical with your 485
