    If they were US citizens at birth then they just need US passports. They must enter the US on those passports.

    I don’t really understand what you’re asking then. You seem to have no clue what actually happened 9 years ago so why not just try? Then at least you’ll know one way or the other.

    That won't be helpful if she didn't naturalise until 2011 anyway. So she hasn't worked since 2011? What do you have that's more recent? Lease/mortgage? Bank statements showing her making regular payments for things like gas or groceries (things that show in person payments, not online)? Car insurance? Medical records? Etc. Basically anything to show she was physically in the US for those years.

    You'd have to go to Mexico City. By the time you've got an appointment and then got the boarding foil back, I agree with @Family, couriering the GC is likely to be a much quicker option.

    No way it’ll be that quick, those will only be non-immigrant visas. Even the quickest consulates are 3-4 months, some as long as 2+ yrs. I don’t know where Abu Dhabi falls in that range but you can search the forum for timelines. Good luck.

    Not necessarily the consulate. From the link above: "We will alert you via SMS and email when your passport is ready to be picked up (see Step 1 for information about the required online registration for this service". I'm not the OP, so it's not relevant to me. But just had a vague recollection I'd seen on VJ about people going to collect their passports for Lagos so checked the webpage above which seems to say the same. But could well be out of date info maybe.

    It's usually just on her Summary Care Record which she can request via email from her GP, or even download herself from the NHS app if she has that. Yes and yes. It'll probably be other ones that we don't normally have in the UK too i.e. Hep B, unless she got them somewhere else of course.

    A waiver is available but there is pretty much no chance of it being granted if she's had vaccinations in the past. She can locate her vaccine records from her GP in the UK, or just have a titre test to check for immunity and find out which ones she needs.

    Which country is your sister's address in, Canada? If you only stay there in the summer it would be odd to put that as your address, that is just a vacation place. Where do you pay bills/pay taxes/actually live/have a lease for?

    It's nothing to do with the consulate any longer, they don't process AP. AP can't be expedited but you can file a WoM if you want to try and force them to make a decision.

    But has the DS-260 been submitted? You said you're still 'working on it', hence the question. Birth certificates from which country?

    If you're spending a year at school then presumably you have school vacations, so why not just come back to the US then? That would then mean your continuous residence requirement wouldn't be reset. My daughter is at college overseas but has 7 months of studies and 5 months of vacation that she will be spending in the US each year. Otherwise, as Boiler said, you'd have to wait to be eligible again before you can file. AP will mean you don't lose your LPR status, but doesn't help with maintaining continuous residence.
