  1. That's pretty bad, you could have filed on paper, which is also an option. I did AR-11 without any issues online though. Historically, people don't get in a trouble for not filing AR-11, but technically it's a violation of law. If you read the form, it's a deportable offense. Not filing it theoretically can land you in jail too. I'd file AR-11 now. Better late then never.
  2. If your wife files in May / June 2025 after 5 year anniversary of permanently relocating to the US, she won't need to list June 2019 trip.
  3. If you count 5 years from Feb 2020, you don't need to include trips preceding Feb 2020.
  4. A good joint sponsor is always the best bet and path of least resistance.
  5. The quckest way is to get I-693 exam done ASAP and not bother with vaccination records. Many vaccinations are only issued at certain age and never again. Others can be issued again even if patient had them before, without any harm. So the path of least resistance is let civil surgeon figure out what all is required to satisfy USCIS during exam. Many times civil surgeon will just give all the necessary missing jabs during exam and that's it.
  6. This is pretty normal. If you monitor December 2024 filers thread, you'll discover less than half filers got their interviews already: You're just waiting
  7. N-400 processing times don't really factor in cases with pending I-751. Those go in other 20% outside of timeline probably
  8. December 2024 filers stats as of 02/23/2025 @ 12:15 PM ET: Approved: 549 Denied: 3 Fingerprints Scheduled: 580 Interview Cancelled: 88 Interview Scheduled: 7819 Pending: 4 Processing: 18819 Received: 36 ResponseToRFE: 6 RFE: 47 Withdrawal: 10 OathCeremonyNotice: 305 OathCeremonyScheduled: 266 OathCeremonyReady: 1 Overall, another 47 people were approved and 46 were scheduled for interview since my last report. There's also one more denial. Few more ceremonies scheduled and few more notices for oath ceremony sent.
  9. No need to reach to her. You can and probably should reach to a family lawyer tomorrow and get info how to proceed with divorce. Then hire them and serve the spouse ASAP.
  10. It's possible to write a letter in RFE response asking to convert case. The problem is, how quickly can you get divorce decree and when is the RFE deadline?
  11. I'm sorry your in this situation. What all evidence did you send showing bonafide marriage evidence initially? My recommendation is below, in addition to what you're sending: - Tax return transcripts showing you filed taxes jointly - Copy of lease(s) showing both names - Copies of flights and hotel reservations for any trips you took together - If you shared car or medical insurance, send it showing both names But what's more important is @Boiler's comment. You're in a very bad spot. You needed to act fast and file for divorce once you separated. USCIS cannot approve I-751 if you're still married but not living together. So you need to convert your petition to Divorce Waiver and complete divorce ASAP. You definitely need to make sure USCIS is clear your marriage didn't work out.
  12. You cannot apply for her naturalization. She has to apply, N-400 is her petition
  13. Great, so you can travel without worrying too much.
  14. Seems amazing to me. Not so long ago N-400s were taking 12 months. I will go up once earlier filers (August 2024 and before) will be finished.
  15. December 2024 filers stats as of 02/22/2025 @ 2:00 PM ET: Approved: 507 Denied: 2 Fingerprints Scheduled: 591 Interview Cancelled: 88 Interview Scheduled: 7773 Pending: 4 Processing: 18948 Received: 37 ResponseToRFE: 5 RFE: 44 Withdrawal: 10 OathCeremonyNotice: 286 OathCeremonyScheduled: 238 OathCeremonyReady: 1 Overall, another 66 people were approved and 62 were scheduled for interview since my last report
  16. Yes, you can travel internationally as long as card is valid even without extension letter. You need to make sure the GC is valid on the day you enter the US if you don't have extension letter. Also, remember you may be scheduled for biometrics appointment while you're travelling. Missing appointment is very undesirable as it pauses proceeding of I-751 and also can lead to eventual denial. So it's always best to leave the country after biometrics are reused or you attended the appointment.
  17. No this is not an official extension letter. You will receive physical letter printed on watermarked paper. The physical letter is what you can use for air travel and proving your GC is extended at places such as DMV.
  18. This is normal and common. There's nothing to worry about.
  19. Calls are questionable. I was told by few people in CC industry most of these companies use AI for fraud detection. Human can only lift fradulent transaction flag after it was flagged by AI.
  20. If he had copies of it, he should realize it by now... The good news is after 120 days after interview you can sue USCIS for decision.
  21. Did you not mention you have 10 ywar GC? I'm surprised officer didn't ask for GC either.
  22. Many credit card issuers don't expect USCIS charge. Just search VJ, people mention credit cards from Amex, Chase, Capital One, Bank of America occasionally blocking charges for USCIS fees.
  23. The interview itself unlikely going to take 2 hrs, unless they have some suspicion about your background. But collectively it can take few hours... You may need to wait for interview for 15-30 mins, etc etc.
  24. Yes, whether you have approved or pending I-751, if you're applying based on marriage to US citizen for 3 years, you need to bring marital evidence and be ready to prove your bonafide marriage. Some people never had 2 year GC. Then entered the US, received their 10 year unconditional GC because they were married for 2+ years. But if they apply under 3 year rule, they'll have to prove marriage.
