  1. @EllisAndRenz the page you posted doesn't have any occurence of word "visa". I found this page: https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=1010201 It says yes, green card holders can transit through Korea visa free if flying to or from the US. However, there's asterisk saying it's suspended due to COVID-19. I'd double check with other source.
  2. No, it's not going to be easier. You cannot get N-400 approved without I-751 approved. And I-751 will likely get denied if you don't get biometrics taken. What you need to do (my opinion only): * Attend the address stated in biometrics letter and try to get biometrics done after explaining your situation * Write a letter to USCIS explaing when and how you tried submitting biometrics and whether you were successul or not Written communication (certified mail) can be used for later if USCIS asks for proof of you ever contacting them. Your I-751 can still be saved, at least it's worth trying. Otherwise, if it gets denied, you'll have to file it again, e.g. pay and wait again.
  3. Immigrant visa was granted at the embassy. List it.
  4. I've seen biometrics reuse / appointment taking a year or more in some cases. 4-6 weeks after filing is to receive extension letter
  5. If wife is a US citizen - yes, visa is avavailable. LPRs cannot sponsor parents.
  6. Who's petitioning who? Is visa available?
  7. I'd think your father's name on your certificate is sufficient. But others can correct.
  8. She must have answered questions without remembering or paying attention. Based on answers she got 3 year rule or 5 year rule. The first section of application is called "basis of eligibility" You can watch video at 4:30 mark: Your wife should take N-400 more seriously and familiarize herself with process. This is super important and she doesn't know what she answered - that's a red flag.
  9. Just curious to see what beverage is more popular among all of us
  10. Wanted to ask this question as I see more and more threads referring to the term "neutralization", when filing form N-400.
