Is this your first time submitting? The 1099 that we got an RFE for was only about 25 dollars in total and it was some intreset from her bank so it's barley anything but they still asked for it. Just make sure to include all w2's and 1099's that are contributing to the total amount reported for the specific year. Do make sure you include a letter explaining along with the documents. Hi everyone
Just sharing an update
We submitted everything on the 22nd of March and got an RFE today sadly
All document show the status Accepted but in the messeges it says
Case FE Review note "Please submit every 2021 1099 form for my wife"
I'm not very knowledgeable with tax form and gonna have to look into it.
Over all sad day for us because we still have a year to get an interview in my home country
