  1. I am finally DQ'd (after 11 months on NVC) After the last RFE: Resubmitted additional documents 22th March, Resubmitted required documents (JS) 26th-27th March, Also resubmitted additional documents 1st June (2021 Tax Transcript for JS) So, it's officially clarified. They are reviewing documents based on the 'required document' submission date. Hope it will help someone
  2. I totally agree with you. Same thing happened to me. They only asked for joint sponsor’s evidence of income first. I submitted. 3 months later they asked JS’s wife’s W2/1099s. It’s terrible.
  3. Yes this is what I mean. So I submitted first ‘additional’ doc on 22th March, last ‘required’ doc on 27th March and last ‘additional’ on 1st June. We’ll see what happens. 🙃
  4. I know. I wanted to say nvc reviews all necessary documents on the first submission date. For example, if anyone submitted the required docs (first docs that he/she uploaded) on March 18th, and uploaded and submitted other docs until March 23th, NVC will review it in 18th March cases. I wanted to ask this. Is 23th March the first submission date or last?
  5. What is your earliest submission date of required documents? If you submitted required documents first, additionals after and if it was on 23rd March, your main submission date not 23rd, it’s earlier.
  6. I'm thinking about should I submit joint sponsor's 2021 tax transcript. Latest submission date 26 March. I submitted 2021 tax return photocopy but I am not sure.. I saw a lot posts submitting under additional documents tab doesn't change time but I am still not sure. Seriously considering suggestions. Please help 🤔
  7. Hi everyone. Just found this topic. I re-submitted mine 26th March. We uploaded my American spouse's tax documents in 2021 but she did not need to file her taxes. In June 2021, we wrote a letter stating that her income is below the IRS minimum limit even in the 2021 and we will add a JS. But JS's tax documents got complicated and we recently added another JS and uploaded his 2019-2020-2021 tax documents to change JS. Also we submitted an explanation why we want to change the JS. Now, while waiting, we thought that should we upload another letter stating that my spouse still not required to file her taxes? (She didn't file her taxes even for 2021 because it's still below the 12k dollars) Any opinions?
