  1. 🏖 yes,it's paradise for me😉😎 My colleague is from Ohio 👍
  2. If you got biometrics already taken, they might wave it/ reuse those, but you still need to include the fees for it! If you don't do that, they reject your application and send it back to you🥴
  3. You can do one for all fees, just make it clear on the form / coverletter ,that it is for both forms. And,if they for example reuse your biometrics from AOS,you don't get a refund.gotta pay it,no matter what🤷‍♀️
  4. Awesome!👍yes, they're all really nice there i went to Oxnard 2 years ago, too.
  5. Oooh,best of luck with the walk-in tomorrow 👍 🍀
  6. 😱 omg, that's just horrible! I'm so sorry you're in this situation right now! Hopefully, with the original NOA and the embassy, it will all be sorted out and get to an happy end🍀
  7. 🤔I didn't know that. All I know is,when I booked my flight online I had to put in my information like passportnumber and visanumber.but nothing at check-in,before boarding the plane.was his gc still valid when he booked his flight?
  8. My question is: why was boarding the plane denied? All you need for that is your passport and ticket . You need your gc when you enter the us at customs.🤔
  9. That's what I thought, too.the " old" gc plus letter should be enough. And,visajourney updates estimated approval times: mine went yesterday up from March to June next year.soooooo, maybe really nothing to worry about the speed it's going 😉
  10. Well, there's always a risk, mail CAN get lost.but what's the alternative? I don't think, just a picture of the new gc would be enough. Maybe depends on where you are / what country at that time? But,you'll also have the approval email, you might be able to go to the embassy abroad to get a stamp in your passport? Or,if applicable, apply for a re-entry permit before traveling? Try to find out,if that's an option, the re-entry permit!
  11. Hmmm....well,it is going fast so far,and I really don't want to discourage anyone, but I think it is unlikely, that anyone is going to get the 10 year gc within the next 3-5 months . But,your idea of having someone send you the gc if it gets here while you're abroad, is good.
  12. Wow,wondering if I get a letter with appointment for biometrics, too......or just the case uodate: fingerprints taken ( wich means: reused( 🤷‍♀️🤔
