If she already presented a permission letter from the other parent at her interview, then she can just carry that letter . Is the other parent cooperating or is he MIA? https://www.usa.gov/travel-documents-children Children traveling to the U.S. All children, including infants, must have their own travel documents such as a passport or document from a Trusted Traveler Program to enter the U.S. If you travel or are going to travel with a child, consider taking the following documents: If the child is traveling with only one of their custodial parents, they must have a letter of consent, preferably in English and notarized, from the other parent or signed by both parents. The letter should say "I acknowledge that my son/daughter is traveling outside the country with [the name of the adult] with my permission." If one parent has sole custody of the child, a copy of the custody document can take the place of the other parent's letter. Parents who frequently cross the border by land with a minor must always carry a letter of permission from the other parent

F2B case with complication
Family replied to Hung Pham's topic in Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to America
If I recall correctly, the mechanism prior to 2009. Matter of Wang , had been to file new I-130 ( post divorce ) BUT stake claim to old priority date …that was effectively curtailed . https://myattorneyusa.com/recapturing-priority-dates-for-family-sponsored-immigrant-visa-applications Initially, there was a question of how broadly INA § 203(h)(3) would be applied, especially with regard to petition beneficiaries in the second preference category [minor children of LPRs and adult sons and daughters of LPRs]. Ultimately, the U.S. Supreme Court settled the matter for now in Scialabba v. Cuellar de Osorio, No. 12-930, 573 U.S. __, 2014 WL 2560467 [PDF version], by upholding the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision in Matter of Wang, 25 I&N Dec. 28 (BIA 2009) [PDF version]. Matter of Wang interpreted INA § 203(h)(3) narrowly, holding that the priority date may only be retained if the second preference visa petition is filed by the same petitioner.4 That is, where the petition “can be seamlessly converted from one family preference category to another without the need for a new sponsor Furthermore, since petition beneficiaries under the F2B category may not marry without invalidating the F2B petition, being able to recapture the priority date may not simply be a matter of convenience, but a matter of when the petition beneficiary may be able to marry and start a family. -

Your point is valid…see if you can find some recently litigated cases in the various circuits. ..I am not current Off the top of my head, I know if a beneficiary married then later divorced they were able to get F 2B visa ….all disclosed at NVC and interview…so no funny business. I know it DID , but don’t know what position consulates take now -
Do a Cover Letter titled Supplemental Filing for I-129 F , list the enclosed evidence along with copy of receipt notice. Excellent odds to avoid RFE

The hearing to consider whether Trump violated rules follows a day of opening statements from both sides. It marked the first time time New York prosecutors have laid out their case against Trump. They told a story of a “criminal scheme to corrupt the 2016 presidential election.” And that “he covered up that criminal scheme by lying in his New York business records over and over and over again,” said Michael Colangelo, a lawyer with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office. Trump attorney Todd Blanche went straight to trying to tear apart the prosecution’s story. He said there was “nothing wrong with trying to influence an election.” He added, “It’s called democracy.” https://www.nbcnews.com/morning-rundown-newsletter

RIP Man dies after setting himself on fire near Trump trial courthouse in NYC A man who set himself on fire outside the New York City courthouse where former President Donald Trump's hush money trial is underway has died, police said. Although the incident took place close to the court where Trump's trial is taking place, officials said Azzarello did not appear to be targeting any particular person or group and added that he seemed to be a conspiracy theorist. https://www.cbsnews.com/

Italy’s prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, has sued Luciano Canfora, an eighty-one-year-old historian, philologist, and professor emeritus at the University of Bari, for aggravated defamation (diffamazione aggravata). The preliminary hearing took place yesterday. The case dates back two years, to when Meloni was an opposition parliamentarian and the leader of the Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy) party. Professor Canfora is the acclaimed author of dozens of books and a famous public figure. Invited to speak at a local high school as part of a discussion of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he made the following comment about Meloni’s position on the political spectrum: Meloni immediately protested that she would sue Professor Canfora for defamation—above all for having called her a “neo-Nazi,” which according to the complaint “is apt to distort and falsify her political identity.” On July 5, 2022, she did. Having become Italy’s prime minister that October, she did not withdraw her complaint, which makes this trial an unprecedented event in Western Europe’s democratic history: it is the first time that a serving prime minister has dragged a scholar to court. https://www.nybooks.com/contributors/pierre-vesperini/ an opinion on her politics. Help her practice to respond to ALL questions on /during next interview by repeating/rephrasing the question in the answer. ‘Repeating the questions gives her brain the advantage of additional time to process / search for answers . ‘ If she encounters a hard question, she can gain a bit of time by asking officer “ Can you please repeat the question ..” No explanation… ‘Example : Q What is the supreme law of the land ? A The supreme law of the land is the constitution.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is an idiot. She is trying to wreck the GOP It’s high time someone in the Republican Party told Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to turn all that bombastic self-serving showmanship and drama queen energy on Democrats, and stop trying to defeat her own party. The Georgia Republican, who famously displayed sexually explicit photos of Hunter Biden during a committee hearing and called fellow Rep. Lauren Boebert a b**h on the House floor, is known for wild antics and equally harebrained conspiracy theories. https://www.foxnews.com/
