‘The View’s’ Ana Navarro Uses Nude Melania Trump Photo to Defend Kamala Harris Ana Navarro, a long-time co-host of The View, posted on her InstagramThursday an old photo of nude Melania Trump as a way to troll her husband’s supporters, saying: “You wanna go low? ... I’ll happily go 20,000 leagues under the sea.” It was a picture from 2000 featured in British GQ, five years before Donald Trump married her. Navarro also included a picture of both Trumps partying with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, also from 2000. Her explanation for posting these images was that it was meant to showcase Trump’s hypocrisy—and the hypocrisy of many Republican pundits when it comes to Vice President Kamala Harris. “Some Republicans are out there on TV and social media making vile sexual remarks about Kamala Harris and wanting to make her dating history an issue,” Navarro wrote. “This country deserves a debate on real issues, affecting us all. But you want to make this an issue? Bring it on. I’ve never seen naked pics of @kamalaharris or her spouse. Kamala never partied with sexual predators.” This post comes four days after President Joe Biden stepped down from his campaign and endorsed Kamala Harris as his nominee. Since then, there have been a barrage of sexist (and racist) comments at Harris’ expense from across the conservative media landscape. Perhaps most egregious was right-wing podcaster Alex Lace referring to Harris “the original Hawk Tuah girl” during a Fox Business segment, claming “that’s the way she got where she is.” Samantha Bee: These Republicans’ Attacks on Kamala Harris Are Delightful Flops Several congresspeople have also derisively called her a “DEI” pick for vice president—forcing House Speaker Mike Johnson to hold a meeting of his Republican caucus to urge them to stop using Harris’ race and gender in attacks against her. “This should not be about personalities. It should be about policy. And we have a record to compare,” House Speaker Mike Johnson told Politico Tuesday. https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/view-ana-navarro-uses-nude-224511676.html

Main takeaways Trump gave to the American people: Trump praised his Project 2025 Trump is flustered and lashing out When Trump wasn't lying, he was making threats Abortion bans are good, mail-in voting is bad Praised dictators because he wants to be one Trump is clearly worried he made the wrong pick in JD Vance Trump is old and quite weird? This guy shouldn't be president ever again If anyone wants an alternative, Kamala Harris is offering one. https://www.yahoo.com/news/78-old-criminal-kamala-savagely-161819474.html

N-600 help - missing docs - critical or no? DESPERATE
Family replied to jackster's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
1. You can obtain copy of both Canadian parents B/C by virtue of them being listed parents on your B/C 2. Your parents FOIA should show N-600 filing and withdrawal for you ( not N-400). No matter , it’s a treasure for your supporting docs . 3. Draft a short cover letter , offer FOIA records in lieu of evidence of parents natz along with a Sworn Affidavit of Known Facts…what you recall about your timeline in US and their life as US citizens , add dads total estrangement and cruel refusal to be of help ( or paint it as you wish ) , and ask USCIS to help by verifying USC status as you meet all other conditions. 4. Do not take for granted that because, doc copies exist in a FOIA , originals will not be required at interview. Just review the N-600 Ck list , file the app but continue your work to obtain any/all originals you can , most will be available w moms death cert https://www.ontario.ca/page/get-or-replace-ontario-birth-certificate -
Congratulations…..you know I am taking a virtual bow with you😂. Courage paid off!

Republicans hard at work ..begin the promised purge 😂 Lauren Boebert Files Bill Against 'Liberal Troll' Who Confronted Her Lauren Boebert has introduced an amendment in the House that would cut the salary of Melissa Schwartz, a senior figure within the Department of the Interior, to just $1. On Tuesday, the congresswoman called her a "liberal troll" who "belongs under a bridge." The Colorado Republican alleged Schwartz "harassed me even in committee hearing rooms" and confronted her "in the halls of Congress." Newsweek reached out to the Boebert seeking further information via email on Wednesday outside of usual business hours. The Department of the Interior and Melissa Schwartz were also contacted for comment by email. Boebert introduced the amendment to the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act which is intended to finance the federal department during 2025. Schwartz works as director of communications in the office of Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, who was appointed to the post by Biden in March 2021. https://www.newsweek.com/lauren-boebert-files-bill-against-liberal-troll-who-confronted-her-1929419

My Uncle Donald Trump Told Me Disabled Americans Like My Son ‘Should Just Die’ BY FRED C. TRUMP III JULY 24, 2024 8:01 AM EDT Fred C. Trump III is the author of All in the Family: The Trumps and How We Got This Way. When my uncle was elected President, I recognized what a highly privileged position I would be in. I would have some access to the White House. And as long as that was true, I wanted to make sure I used that access for something positive. I was eager to champion something my wife, Lisa, and I were deeply passionate about, something we lived every day: the challenges for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Our son William, our third child, was born on June 30, 1999. Within 24 hours, he went from seemingly healthy to fighting for his life in the NICU. Raising him was different from the start. William was diagnosed at three months with infantile spasms, a rare seizure disorder which in William's case altered his development physically and cognitively. We had so many questions: What would the future hold for someone like William? How far could he go? How much could he learn? Would he ever have the chance to do the things that other children do? We just didn’t know. It took 15 years before his medical team could accurately pinpoint the cause of his condition: a KCNQ2 mutation, a genetic misfire that the doctors called a potassium channel deletion. In our journey with William, Lisa and I had become close to some truly inspiring parents and dedicated advocates who were doing amazing work to improve the day-to-day reality for families like ours. It’s a huge lift for caregivers, not to mention the constant need to mitigate expenses. There are so many different demands and challenges. But there are things that the government can do—some things that can only be done by the government, both federal and state. We wanted to bring knowledgeable people to the White House, to see if we could make a difference. Lisa reached out to my cousin Ivanka, who was working in the White House as an advisor to the President. Ivanka got right back to her and said she’d be happy to help. She provided a contact for Ben Carson, the retired neurosurgeon who was secretary of housing and urban development. We brought several talented advocates with us for a meeting with Carson and members of his senior staff in April 2017. “Look,” I said as we got started, “I’m the least important person in the room.” I wanted the focus to be on the others, who knew a lot more than I did. They immediately started floating ideas, which was exactly why we were there. Our collective voice was being heard. It was a start. In January 2020, just before COVID hit, Lisa, myself, and a team of advocates met with Chris Neeley, who headed the President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities, a much-needed federal advisory committee that promotes policies and initiatives that support independent and lifelong inclusion. We discussed the need for all medical schools to include courses that focus on people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We emphasized how crucial it was for hospitals and other acute-care facilities to help patients transition from pediatric to adult services. We emphasized the importance of collecting sufficient data to explain medically complex disorders. This was not about more government spending. It was about smarter investing and greater efficiency. ……. “Those people . . . ” Donald said, trailing off. “The shape they’re in, all the expenses, maybe those kinds of people should just die.” I truly did not know what to say. He was talking about expenses. We were talking about human lives. For Donald, I think it really was about the expenses, even though we were there to talk about efficiencies, smarter investments, and human dignity. I turned and walked away. https://time.com/7002003/donald-trump-disabled-americans-all-in-the-family/

The OP is a USC since birth, his parent was a USC at birth and had to meet conditions , not the embryo 😂. His previous attempt at passport failed because he didn’t have additional evidence to overcome delayed registration of birth certificate. You can DIY another passport application and are now well versed in what is needed. ..and will get a chance to supplement in case you don’t cover all bases at submission. https://www.ilrc.org/sites/default/files/2024-04/Chart A - Determining Whether Children Born Outside the U.S. Acquired Citizenship at Birth (Updated Feb. 26 2024).pdf Born on/after 11/14/86 One citizen, one alien parent Citizen had been physically present26 in U.S. or its outlying possessions 5 years, at least 2 of which were after age 14.27

Waiver question
Family replied to akingdon1975's topic in Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)
Assuming F-1 immigrant visa category, your USC parent is the petitioner. ..then you have a qualifying relative for the waiver ( QR =spouse or parent ) So yes, you need to show hardship. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/err/H2 - Waiver of Inadmissibility - Criminal - 212 (h)/Decisions_Issued_in_2024/MAY212024_01H2212.pdf -
Skip the translation and just find a Romanian notary. ..ask friends or reach out to the local priest. My fellow is Quebec , but a bit old, hard of hearing and slow paced😂. The template below just needs to be tweaked to include the issuing authority/Ministry ( see visa reciprocity link ) and add you Romanian passport /CNP alongside the Canadian. https://depabd.mai.gov.ro/doc/procura_eliberare_act_identitate.pdf

The “procura speciala “ allows you to get someone in Romania to get it for you and have it in hand in 3 days. All the Romanian Canadian notaries have a template ready to go , they can insert data of your Romanian passport ( it has the CNP number) in the document and also your Canadian passport. You don’t need the Romanian ID. Cool thing about the Canadian notaries, they apostile directly. …if I recall the stamp correctly. Suces si Bafta

Kamala Harris had an unusual donor to her earlier campaigns: Donald Trump “Wise investment,” a Democratic lawmaker joked. Trump’s campaign said donations to Harris as California attorney general were because he “knew how to play the game.” Campaign finance records show that Trump — before he entered politics — donated $6,000 to Kamala D. Harris’s reelection campaigns while she was California attorney general. This included a $5,000 donation to Harris’s campaign in September 2011 and another $1,000 in February 2013, while his daughter Ivanka Trump gave Harris’s campaign $2,000 in 2014. “So when Trump wrote that check to re-elect Kamala Harris in 2011, I bet he didn’t think she’d cash it in 2024!” source Washington Post/ link unavailable Kamala Harris had an unusual donor to her earlier campaigns: Donald Trump “Wise investment,” a Democratic lawmaker joked.
