  2. Greetings: My fiancée and I have filed for our K-1 (waiting with NOA2 not until April 2023), and we are wanting to go on vacation in Thailand. Understanding that a CFO letter/stamp is required for her to leave the Philippines even with Thailand being visa free for both of us. Would this CFO stamp be sufficient for the vacation travel AND the K-1 next year, or are they two different stamps/authorizations? I have to admit, this is so confusing for me, but the USCIS introduces enough delays, I don't want any on the other side of the pond... Thank you all! -Kurt
  3. At the advice of my attorney, we included the two pictures with our name and DOB on the back, and all pages of both of our passports. I was told this shows all stamps and if the beneficiary has traveled or been to the US. Yes, they could have received a new passport with no stamps, but I was following the logic at the time. Besides, with an I-129f, what is a few extra pages???
  4. I am not sure how you are scanning these, but you might try increasing the resolution of the scan (will make the file size larger), or using a camera to PDF app on your phone, or scanning in color (will also make the file size larger). Of course if the quality of the original is not good, maybe request new copies of the documents?
  5. I am heading to SFO from MNL today - at the airport now... I used ihealthlabs.com. If you are coming from the US, these are the 'free' kits everyone received a little while back. I paid $24 and took a self administered, proctored test that was accepted at MNL by JAL. It makes it easier to do it at home, and the results email was near immediate.
  6. I was 'super' curious: Georgia defines a Super Speeder as a driver convicted of speeding at 75mph or more on a two-lane road or 85 mph or more on any road or highway in Georgia. In addition to any fees and punishments assessed by the Court, a Super Speeder must pay an extra $200 fee to the state.
