    Unless her mother is terminally ill and can prove it with a doctor's note, it wouldn't be granted. She can TRY but it's doubtful. 

    They only other way to expedite AP and almost guarantee an approval is to provide a death certificate for a parent, sibling or child (no other relative or friend applies) so the immigrant can attend a funeral. 

     

    Current AP timelines are listed on the website. NBC is the SC.

    well.. her mother has been in and out of the hospital lately.. I'm just trying to think ahead.. I should tell her to bring notes from her mother doctors

     Good Afternoon. I have a question that maybe someone can help/advise me with. My fiancee's visa has been approved and she was supposed to be here this weekend.

     But unfortunately, she had to reschedule her trip. The reason why she had to reschedule her trip is that her mother has been in and out of the hospital lately and she is very concerned about her mother when she leaves.

     So my question is how long does it typically take to expedite your advance parole application? ( btw my fiancee will be here next week )

    and for those that have gotten a interview and approved how long did it take to get your interview? 

     I know some people who transferred their cases to SL. it took a week to transfer and then about 2 weeks for an interview. But that was last year.. I don't know what the time now for 2024.

    Can my Fiancee leave during the Adjustment of Status Process? Or does it become void?

     Your statment.. is true.. but from what I actually heard myself.. the paperwork for AOS,EAD, are being process very fast, maybe not as fast as OP  might need it.. but better than before, because of fee's increase on April 1st.

    Technically speeding violations are not criminal (it all depends on circumstances..  like being chased by the police and etc... ) but whatever is in the person's background will show up.. no matter how old it is.

    The person you said is USC..I would tell her, she could call her county clerk's office and ask for a certificate of deposition..

    Each case is different..I did hear tho that the embassy is moving better than it has done before.

    I guess you work at USCIS.. and have years of experience working there..
