    Same with paystubs. Do I need to upload them if I have tax transcripts? And if I do need to upload paystubs how many should I upload?

    Do I have to ask NVC to unlock our ds260 to update Basits new passport? Or can we just upload a pic of his new passport under civil documents? Everyone keeps telling me do this do that or don't do this and I'm so confused lol

    Ok thank u so much! I been so stressed over this haha also did you have a new passport too? Basits expired so he has a new passport and was saying we needed to unlock the ds260 but that doesn't sound right... My lawyer said they'll just take his new passport at the interview and there's no need to unlock the ds260

    Everyone is saying to upload new documents on CEAC but NVC didn't ask for anything new and my lawyer says do not do this just bring new documents and passport to interview. Anyone do what my lawyer said and was fine?

    I'm getting pissed off cause where are they? LMAO Basit and I have been waiting cause we're next in line and NOW they decide to not issue IR1 interview letters lol if they skip IR1 this month I'm gonna be livid LOL

    DQ date is August 17 2022!! I'm very excited and expecting to see an interview letter beginning of March. Let's hope and pray so! 🙏 🤞 Hopefully get some of that Irish luck 🍀

    So I spoke to my immigration attorney today with my husband and the lawyer said it's not anything to worry about. Definitely start filing married jointly once Basit is in the US but if Jackson Hewitt chose filing single it's because Basit doesn't have a social security number (yet) He said this wouldn't be an issue for him getting his visa. Just more of an issue that I'm not getting tax reliefs like I should from the IRS.
