    thsu is for ir1 cases. The update just posted. Some people had theirs expedite from embassy and waiting interview date. But I am surprised that after a month that’s all they can do if they wanna speed up the cases. They should be hopefully sending in more I’m tired of waiting lol

    from what I read this is for only visit visa not for spouse or family categories

    yes do file mandamus before 6 months hits because the medical results it’s only good for 6 months. It should not be taking that long especially for females it’s surprising. They are probably doing extra background track for additional information of your wife or either you probably. But that is ridiculous though.

    As of right now 23 total months might increase or it can decrease you never know.. that’s for ir1 and ir5 visa category

    Ah okay I’m from Karachi. I went last November in Karachi but everything seemed normal nothing happen to us thankfully. But my wife is from mandi bahauddin usually I stay there with her and family and it’s pretty safe at the moment since it’s a small town

    @podeena any update k. Your wife status do you know how long more they will take to issue visa? Cause it’s almost been three months right? I am surprise it’s taking this long you should keep on sending inquiring through Congress men why taking forever

    If I were you I would file wrist of mandamus it’s been a while and you should be able to. Get a good lawyer to help your case process

    ouch you have very long wait times. 23 months I’m still at 21 months and no letter received yet hopefully sometimes this month inshallah. Go ahead and visit Pakistan I went last month and everything was fine no protest or anything from where I lived with my wife. India is already caught almost caught cause they cover two or three months at times.

    You must upload all pages blank included along with ink signature no electronic signature they will decline that. Upload the whole form even if you didn’t fill up the whole thing. Otherwise they will reject it

    he actually had his wife interview they are just waiting on visa issue. Don’t know why it’s taking that long for especially females when it should happen in one two weeks. not yet taking forever this time. Will post once we get update

    contact your congress man or have your lawyer push for a result it should not take that long to get visa issued unless they put your wife in administration processing or gave you a ds form 5535 or might have missing document find out instead of waiting. They are still up to November 10 2021 and nothing Update from that. I hope we get it soon. It’s been 21 months now

    @podeena have you heard any update on your wife visa status why it’s taking forever to be issued ? and no I still have not received any letter at 21 months waiting
