    no your wife does not need to come with you just have her id card nicoop sent to you and you can go to nadra and get one make for the family registration certificate. This can be updated on ceac after you receive your interview letter. B form is basically family registration certificate .

    why did you guys file WOM this does not work before receiving interview. This kind of lawsuit always works after waiting for visa issued when they take forever. They will make some excuses that you guys are close to in line or something like that. That was waste of money.

    hello, you have very long waiting time at the moment for ir1. But right now they are working currently end of January 2022 cases. So you have about 10 months wait time when you get your letter. You can only submit again once you receive your interview letter in the email then you can updated any updated documents required. Sunce yours will be next year you will need updated Form 1864 ladt three years tax returns last three years w2 uodated two paystubs vooce logs pics logs chat logs proof of domicile for petitioner proof of U.S. citizenship for petitioner birth certificate for petitioner or petitioner family registration certificate by marriage you need this now if I were you I’ll get it as soon as possible. updated police certificate for beneficiary If income is low then joint sponsor only if needed. Any divorce papers provided if previous married from both spouse if not then nothing to worry Travel history tickets when your spouse came to visit visa stamps when on passport this will help for medical you will need COVID vaccine and polio vaccine before medical is scheduled

    poodena why are they still taking forever with your case this is so weird. I heard females cases do not take that long to get visa issued. I might take another reason what is your wife degreee in?

    good luck 🍀 let us know how experience goes and the questions they will ask. by the way family registration certificate by marriage is easy to make from nadra all you need is your id nicoop to give the wife and she can go there and get one made with just id nicoop if it’s just you and her and no children and she will get it same day. also let us know if you need help on other documents and or pre par for medical. Medical she needs before attending are polio card COVID card along with ds 260 form along with passport no need passport pho copies size. And she needs her id card nicoop as well. And any history for medical issues if she has any or any children for the extra reports the rest of vaccine they will provide for her during she is in and X-ray will be included as well

    moly thanks we don’t have any money or receipt to send or gifts but I’ll do the proof of simile for driver license and passport as us citizen shop proof.     yes you need booster shot for third vaccine but just one is need it. My wife had hers and they didn’t say anything at the medical so it was all smooth. Get polio at any government hospital as well.

    Alhamdulliah. finally. Get your documents ready and uploaded at the same time you have about two weeks left and get medical doen as soon as possible for your spouse. for family registration certificate is basically like a family tree on the document they have been asking that to the beneficiaries who have been coming for interview.

    Polio get it from any government hospital and yes you do need the third one vaccine for booster it’s required. Mostly rest of medical Will be done during when you go.

    have you got your letter yet? People are already getting their letters for January 26 in early November. also yes have chats / video voice call logs and pics logs uploaded as well along with family registration certificate by marriage and police certificate update if you made one earlier which is not required but best to do so. And I’m not sure about all documents required or prepared because each cases will have different documents to update like any divorce decree from previous marriage for both spouse or any children before marriage or current any job related like resume some officer are asking. Etc….

    get it done before as well as COVID. Cause they will ask that. They will issue you other vaccine like hiv chicken pox etc…..

    Everyone check your email for those who have been document qualified they are now up to January 26 2022and interview is in early November 2023 yes and the reports will go directly to the embassy two working days and we also get email for certificate and X-ray reports. Everything went smooth now waiting for interview

    Ah okay. Hopefully you feel better now. And that sucks same excuses from the embassy as well. By the way hopefully you are preparing your documents in the meantime though while waiting for letter. By the way medical fees are now 54,000 rupees just for the heads up.

    Really wow that is taking forever many people are getting their issued visa if a document is missed after two months or getting after two weeks if everything is all good. Check with the embassy to see if they are needing any update on the documents or if any missing one that might be it.

    you have about four weeks until your interview date. Get your medical appointment as soon as possible done and all the documents pre pared in short amount of time
