    What are people’s thoughts on the completeness of documents you send? Eg. If a bank statement has ‘page 1/10, 2/10’ etc printed right on it, should you include all 10 pages even if some of them aren’t relevant? Trying to balance sending useless paper with them worrying I am hiding something.

    Good advice. Yes I was aware it really only works if they are with other people, which is an interesting change from K-1 where photos together are totally fine. Nevertheless, I'll try and cobble together as many as possible. I wish we were people who took photos as a habit, but we just aren't.

    How many photographs are you guys including? We aren't really big photo people. I was thinking around 6-8.

    February 2024 is finally here! Will be filing to remove conditions towards the end of the month! Good luck to all those in a similar position! May we all be blessed with a smooth and RFE-free (even if long) journey!

    Going through putting my package together at the moment. The instructions do clearly state evidence should include affidavits from people who know you. I know that they are weak evidence, but since they are one of the few things explicitly called out by the instructions, I will probably be including a couple. Not saying this to be a pedant, just something that has been nagging at me recently. Otherwise, looks similar to mine. Good luck!

    Possibly a long shot given the sparsity of results when searching this topic on VJ - but is anybody here making voluntary NICs to HMRC? Keen to do so but Form NI38 is a bit confusing - the "Ordinarily Resident" question in particular seems counterintuitive. Would be interested if anybody is doing this and how they went about filling out this form. Cheers!
