Hello kiran.there are two types of pcc in india.one is issued by regional passport office and other is issued by ssp of police of your area.you need both.Because I submitted that from passport office and they rejected.Then I submitted both and got approved.Thank you

Unfortunately u have to wait again the time as Nvc timeframes.Because every time when we submit a document then reset the clock.a month ago same thing happened to me.My every document accepted by Nvc and get rfe for the documents which are already accepted.So I resubmitted the documents which already showing accepted.I call every day to Nvc.But conclusion is that they reset the clock for me and I have to wait another 3 months.

Well fellow Applicants & Petitioners, we heard from NVC yesterday but they said we submitted an expired doc. The police certificate was expired, which was true. We actually did not need one according to their rules (my spouse left the country over year ago) and I submitted a copy of their rules along with the expired doc. In any case, good enough we were able to obtain a current police certificate while we were waiting so it's no issue. We just uploaded it. But my concern is, will we go to the back of the line again, or will they quickly review this one document? All other documents changed from uploaded to "accepted". The comment they left was:
 

Just got DQ’d today. Submission date Oct 5. First time posting here. I just know how anxious one can get from waiting so I wanted just to give hope and tell you that first week of October is getting DQ emails.

So after being DQ'd on Dec 20th we received an email on Dec 29th with the interview appointment, which is Monday the 10th, Wish us Luck guys!!!!

Just received my email notifying us that we're DQ'd... ... our recent re-submission was 9th Sep. 
 
8th july - original submission
9th Sep - resubmit   added missing divorce decree + 1099 joint sponsor + explanation of no W2 for petitioner 
 

5 days movement, which is great considering it was Thanksgiving last week. 

Great to hear that your 14th July Submission was reviewed, sorry that you got a RFE, you might find it better to separate out your query and post it as a new thread either in the NVC, Procedures, or Progress forums. So that your query is seen by more people who might be able to help. It would help if you post the exact response you got from the NVC (remove any personal data) so that people can see if that indicates why it was rejected. 

From what you say there should be no reason that your PCC was rejected, without any further info I can only suggest that perhaps the document was not clear, or the reviewer was mistaken, sometimes re-submitting the document with a statement page outlining that this is a valid PCC from the local Indian consulate in Italy and is permitted as per the NVC guidelines may help. Though you'll need to wait 2 months+ again for the review.

Hello.Nvc reviewed my documents today.document submission date is 14 July 2021.Nvc rejected my pcc certificate from Indian consulate Milan.I m Indian citizen and living in Italy from many years.As Nvc says on information page that if a Indian passport holder is living outside India then he can make pcc from Indian consulate.I did same but they rejected that document.Now I have to make police clearance document from India.Any suggestions??Thanks

Hello everyone. I just discovered this page a few hours ago. Read a few pages and I have some questions. Will be immensely grateful for any helpful answers I get.
 
I met my gf online (Facebook) around 2011. We have never physically met. We were only good friends for a while. Never even considered a relationship until last 3 or 4 but I've been involved in every aspect of their lives for years. She has a daughter whom I talked almost daily with since she was about 2. 
 
Now we want to get married. My question is about the seemingly red flags which I wasn't even aware existed until I came to this site.
 
-She's older by 10 years. 
-We have never met physically. (We plan to meet and get married this October)
 
What would you advice? Are these 'red flags' surmountable? What might be the better option between meeting and filing for K1 and getting married and applying for CR1?

Ok talked to someone at the nvc and they don’t know why we were asked for more W2’s because she said she could see everything. We’re being sent to a supervisor for review and the agent said she thinks it will move quickly. 
 
Here’s hoping we’re done with the NVC 😬
 
also fun fact, this is all happening on our wedding anniversary today😁
