  1. Oh Crazy Cat !!It's easy to judge someone, If you are able to do this kind of act so please and please don't think others can do that. but I am going to explain you. Remember you can't force love . you can't force someone to fly with you if she doesn't want. Here i am talking about my kids but not about her. By the way I asked her to give the kids but she refused, saying that man can't raise kids. I accepted because she is the mother but now, she left them and come back somewhere here. So when we go to Africa together in December, we decided to divorce and since I was there for Winter Break only, I decided to come back to work and she decided to stay there with the kids because when she was here, she didn't work. I knew that I can support them. Remember we are all both from Comoros. so After one week, she left the kids and come back somewhere to the US and didn't tell me nothing regarding the kids. Else I could go back and get my kids. "You need to know that in Islam, you can tell you wife one time that you divorce with her or two times but she still your wife. only when you tell her three times the world divorce, you can't be with her anymore until she get married with someone else and divorce again."
  2. What do you mean? can you explain please?
  3. That is thru. I know if I go there , I can take my kids because I already contact the court and they told me that they will them to me. But the question is , when I bring them here, I am sure she will try to get them from me. If I am living with my kids here, does she has the right to ask for child support? Because I know where she is know, she doesn't have the good situation to live with kids.
  4. I think this idea to call 911 and write a letter to the embassy in Madagascar are good idea.
  5. No she doesn't have my authorization. Its hard to find someone to escort them here.
  6. Yes I think she can do it and she will do it but I think the reason she didn't do it now is because she is trying to renew her green card first. She is afraid that I will refuse to help her renew her green card. Because last week, her cousin called me and asked me to give her A-number and ID-receipt. ( She doesn't even know that A-number is her green card) but I told them where to find it.
  7. They are not homeless but they are not living in a good condition. to bring them here and give them a good life I need to have a job
  8. The reason I can't go there now is my job. I am a Teacher so at the end of June, we will close the school for summer so I am planning to go there and get them. I don't think if i contact the Madagascar embassy, they will be able to get them. No i didn't consult a lawyer yet. what will be the different if I get and present the certificate divorce and if I just separated with her ? I am the only one have a US citizen
  9. My kids are not safe, I am planing to go in July and get them. That will not be easy but I will try. I need to bring my kids here in America.
  10. In muslim way , i can just tell my wife that i am divorcing to you. so if we need the certificate divorce so we can go to do it. so I didn't do anything yet but I am assuming that she is living with someone else somewhere in America. The most important i don't want to be with her anymore.
  11. In case if we are not really divorced on paper so what will happened?
  12. I am obligated under the I-864 to do what? you mean to support her or?
  13. If you are talking about divorce certificate, then yes she can get one from our country.
  14. Copy of what? the divorce certificate? if yes then she doesn't have a copy of it
