This is really interesting. As I posted a week ago, I filed a 765 renewal application myself based on my old 485 in 4/2021, before I decided to file for vawa. Then like what most people here experienced, things went out of control. I found a lawyer and she had my old 485 hold in abeyance. We filed a new packet of 485, 765 and 131, concurrently with 360 in 9/2021. A week ago, I received a case update that the card was approved under the old receipt number. I was really surprised because my old 485 was hold in abeyance. 
 
Today my lawyer received the receipt notice for that approval. The receipt date and number are the old ones I filed myself in 4/2021, and the address is the safe address used in the new applications my lawyer filed for me in 9/2021. I guess USCIS consolidated the two applications together, and will mail the card to the safe address rather than my old address. This is quite interesting and it makes more senses. 
 
Anyway I am so glad!

I just received a good news that my 765 based on vawa 485 was approved. I filed them all together in 9/2021 and I am so glad that according to the receipt notice, they gave me a combo card that is valid for two years. This is great!

Seems Vermont is moving faster in new year. 
 
sent EAD/AP (C09P) renewal on December 15th, they received on 21st, notice date December 27th, i received receipts this week, one month not bad. Now hope they will clear backlog and provide everyone EAD/AP and vawa approvals. 

My case if it can help anyone waiting too.

I sent in whatever I got every time without them asking. 
Had 5 PF 
Card being produced 01/07/2022. 
 
Used PF for school. Depends on the school.

If your I-485 is pending, send them your EAD renewal paperwork ASAP. They needed 11 months to process mine

My I-765 timeline based on I-485 (c9 category):
01/2021 - I-765/I-131 sent 07/2021 - current EAD has expired [I was using 180 days extension to keep my job] 12/2021 - approved and EAD was delivered

Just got notified - VAWA is approved 😇
 
Timeline:
- Filed I360: Sept 2019
- 1st PF: Nov 2019
- 2nd PF: Nov 2020
- RFE: August 2021
- RFE response received: Nov 2021
- 3rd PF: Oct 2021
- I360 Card is being produced: 1/6/2022

 On another note, I have taken a deep interest in working with VAWA immigration and I’m looking for some formal education in this field so that I can actually volunteer or work part time in a law office.
Can experienced members please advise on best certifications to take for this purpose?

Yeees guys finally the vawa journey is over. My greencard just got approved, then few minutes after it went to card being produced. 🥰❤️❤️ Time to join the military now 😁😁😁

OMG.
USCIS processing time went back to July from August.
Now they are taking 23 to 30 months.
 
Honestly they are working backwards. This July 2019 is there forever.

file i360 i485 May 2018
vawa approved March 2020.
May 2021 status of i485 change to fingerprint applied. Since then no update.

Hi,
I would say do not pay him/her. You are still within normal processing time. As per USCIS VAWA is taking 22.5 to 29.5 months. 
I am December 2019. 
 
If you want to send inquire badly then i would say either write it yourself or reach out to congress/senator.  $ 350 is a rip off.

my VAWA was approved Feb. 2020. I was married to a USC and I know I’m supposed to apply for citizenship  after 3 years of being an LPR but I remember in this forum some experts said you can apply up to 6 months earlier? Or is it 3 months earlier?
