From what you wrote above, you ARE already prepared in case they ask questions about this.  Telling the truth seldom requires any actual preparation.

You explained the correction of your marriage nicely above.  That is exactly how it should be explained to the CO who conducts the interview.
 
You and your wife did exactly what you needed to do.  If she goes to AP it probably won’t be for this reason.   Best of luck.

They’re good now.  They failed to comply with Islamic law, which is why they had to restart their case.  Pakistan will recognize the second marriage, but the first marriage had not completed the three month wait which made the marriage invalid as it was technically bygamy under US law.

The first marriage wasn't valid due to the 90 day rule. 
You explained it in your OP. 
I can't guarantee the case won't be delayed after interview. No one knows what will happen.

If you had proceeded with the first I-130 with your current wife you would have been denied as the marriage wasn't valid.
If you had proceeded with the first I-130 but remarried your wife you would have been denied as you filed for the petition too early. 
I think what you did is correct and it was the only path you could take. 

It appears, to me, that you corrected the issue of marrying before the divorce was finalized.  Just hope the Consulate Officer understands.  Maybe the questions won't be asked since you now have a clear chain of events.

I remember this case from a year or so ago. I would just explain the situation like you did here.  I would make sure I had documents clearly showing a logical sequence of events and a paper trail of all the dates you mentioned.  As far as administrative processing is concerned, I think there is already a high chance of an extended period of time in that status.  Good luck.

NOA1 letter came from Potomac
USCIS representative told my case is in Texas
Case being Actively Reviewed on May 18, 2021
Approval Notice uploaded on USCIS online account on May 18, 2021

Congratulations!. Can you tell us if your NOA2 came from Texas as well.

I noticed some people got their noa2 within 4 months time. That's amazing! I hope things move a little quicker for the rest of us.

Yes, many of us are in the same situation! Here is what happened with us:
 
1. Online receipt from Nebraska, case status tool online said Nebraska too.
2. Receipt was from Potomac, same as you.
3. Talked to a USCIS agent on live chat and they said the petition is in California!
 
What we've learned so far is that the online receipt/initial process is done at Nebraska, and if your case is sent somewhere else in the beginning they will not notify you. I think the receipt/payment will come from Potomac (both yours and mine). The actual center your case is at can be found by using the USCIS live chat (type "speak with a live agent" and click "technical difficulties" to get a live person). 
 
I am fairly sure your case is at the Texas center.

Hello and welcome! Many of us are finding the same. Seems like all the online statuses say Nebraska, and the receipts are not consistent either. Mine was also from Nebraska but was told my case is at Potomac. They don't update the site or send a notification when its transferred. Best you can do it check/ call USCIS and see where they say it is, and just try to be patient.

I had submitted paper based I-130 petition for my spouse on March 15, 2021. Today I received my I-797C with a receipt number and payment information. That letter came from Potomac SC,  but when I checked the status online it’s saying it’s processing at our Nebraska SC. So, I called USCIS representative about this and she mentioned my case is in Texas SC. I’m really confused where actually my case is. Do you guys have any such similar experience??

So my I-130 was delivered to the Phoenix lockbox on 2/11/2021. It was marked as “received” on the 18th of March. Check was cashed the 23rd. 
 
NOA1 receipt in mail shows the priority date as 2/11/21 

Nothing to be worried about. Lock boxes are delayed. It’s taking some people 4-6 weeks for their checks to get cashed and get a receipt #

That date is the expiration of the comment period to the Office of Management and Budget; the form itself is not expired and can be used since it's the only one available.
