After the documents are accepted by NVC, you will get the email that your case is Document Qualified ( in case if NVC is satisfied with all required documents) and also email that your case will be sent to Embassy.  Then  you need to wait new message from NVC,  and that time depends on your type of visa and embassy/consulate. Due to the COVID  it is a huge backlog at NVC and also not al type of visas are processed right now. Better to check with yours.
As soon as NVC sends your case to Embassy/Consulate your status will change to "In Transit" ( it means that it was transferred to Embassy), then "Ready" ( you have a Interview date ) and after Interview it should be "issued" ( in case if visa is approved)

You can check your status  here https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV
Just use your Immigrant Visa Case Number

Rusal got a reaction from Redro in Effective May 23, 2022 - National Visa Center Public Inquiry Telephone Line Suspension
I'm in one of those unique situations where being able to call NVC by phone would've been the most helpful. They started to review my submitted documents on May 23rd (originally submitted March 9th). On May 23rd and May 24th, I received emails telling me that the status on my case has been updated and to log in and check. I have been logging in from different browsers for 3 weeks now, and all I can see is that they Accepted one document and the rest are sitting in Submitted status. There are no messages on the home screen and no comments on any document. I have no idea of knowing what the problem is and what action to take.

The day they started reviewing cases submitted the week of March 9th is the same day that they suspended their telephone inquiry service.

I thought the same thing.. that that was a indication they was working on my case. But if you add under the additional docs you should be fine.  I saw others getting a rfe for the w2 2021 and I knew I would get one so I added it. Then 15 mins later it was DQ.  Good luck.

We just went through the NVC stage (finished last month). We only uploaded 1 passport-sized photograph of my wife + her passport bio page. That was all they needed. She brought a few to her interview but they didn't ask for them.

If your documents say submitted, then yes, it's ready for review. I wondered the same thing lol. Once it says submitted, it starts counting how long you've been waiting. The NVC processing time estimates seem pretty accurate. It was accurate to the day in our case! Sounds like you are fine from what you've said.

Yes we got the case number and invoice number in the first email. After you get those, you can login to the CEAC website and pay the fees.

Congrats! It took 4-5 days after we got the i130 approved for the NVC to receive it.

Does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to receive the case?

Lol honestly...I don't even know if it is worth trying to find out which service center our cases are being processed at. We just get fed with misinformation every time we ask.

I think everyone is placing way too much emphasis on what service center anyone says their case may or may not be in at the moment.  My NOA1 said Texas.  I got a live agent on Ask Emma and they confirmed that my case was in Texas.  @callmecs also had a NOA1 showing their case was in Texas.  Going by the published wait times and everyone saying our cases were in Texas, we should have been looking at "8 Months to 10.5 Months".  But both of our cases were approved in Nebraska at about ~49 days from when we filed them, without any indication whatsoever they had been transferred from Texas to Nebraska or that they were ever really was in Texas to begin with, or had anything to do with Texas.  @kingmoves mentioned their case was approved in only 56 days and @Adamsmith just mentioned their case was approved in 112 days, both out of California, where the published wait time is "20.5 Months to 26.5 Months".  I 'think' out of everyone in this thread that had a quick approval only @naypersonna had their case actually appear to be in Nebraska based on the NOA1, before being actually approved in Nebraska.  Everyone else’s case either had indications it wasn't at Nebraska or actually wasn't at Nebraska.  So far, in this thread, where anyone thought their case was being processed or how fast or slow that service center's published wait times are, has been a completely useless predictor of how long their case will actually take.  So don't despair if your case is at a "slow" service center, because that does not appear to be useful information.

NVC received the cases today.   Emails were sent from NVC to my wife, step-daughter and me.  NVC Case #'s and invoice ID numbers already assigned.   At this point the process is getting ahead of us since me and the wife are on vacation in Peru and although we were preparing for the NVC stage, this came up much faster than expected and caught us off guard.  Not that we are complaining.  I'm really hoping to start seeing some more approvals here soon.  I'd like to think the main thing that separates my cases from other March cases is that I filed earlier in March and the rest of the cases will start catching up in the next few weeks.

Check the document requirements for your specific country here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html

Sometimes they are particular about having the documents be what they expect as listed on that site.

For anyone worrying to much about if Ask Emma said Texas or anyplace else, my NOA1's said Texas.  I checked on Ask Emma and was told again the cases were definitely being processed in Texas.  NOA2's came at 49 days showing approved by Nebraska which is NOT where anyone said my case was being processed.  So I kind of think wherever they say your case is, may not be helpful in predicting any outcome.

Update- Approval notification NOA2 came from Nebraska. NOA1 was from Texas. Received NVC case number and invoice on 4/24/21.

And both petitions APPROVED.  NOA2's available online showing approved by Nebraska Service Center, despite NOA1's saying Texas and Ask Emma chat confirming Texas was processing the cases.  I'm shocked it went so fast and deeply hope and pray that bodes well for every one else here.  Me and my Filipina wife just flew to Peru a couple of days ago as a neutral third county where we can send time together in the time of travel bans.  So we can celebrate together.

My cousin submitted online on 3/2/2021. Status changed to actively being reviewed 4/20/21. Online status says Nebraska and paper notice is from Texas.

So I finally opened the actual NOA1 which arrived by mail a couple of days after I submitted the application online, and the notice has Nebraska Service Center listed. So for me, online status and the NOA1 both indicate Nebraska. Yet when I spoke to agent online last week, I was told it's at Texas. Not even sure if that's true anymore after reading through the last couple of posts...lol

Not sure if this is helpful or not, but a Tier 2 officer just called me about my petition. Super friendly, said that all cases are received at Nebraska and many are receipted from Nebraska but assigned elsewhere and that Potomac currently has jurisdiction over my case, and its moving through the proper channels. He said most times you don't get any update on when your case is transferred. So there ya go!

I filed online March 8, had the online NOA1s March 9.  The paper NOA1s showed up in my mailbox March 12.   The postmarks on the envelopes were March 9.

Type "talk to representative".  Once you get a response from a human agent, provide your I-130 receipt number and ask which service center is processing your petition.
