We are in transit to Mumbai!! According to the DHL tracking hack, it looks like the case is scheduled to arrive on Monday! Woohoo!!

We got NOA2 on March 9th. NVC received our case March 23rd, and we received our case number April 5! Our embassy (Mumbai) is processing K1s currently, so we are hoping to see our case turn to In Transit on April 14th when the NVC is scheduled to send cases, and then ready a few days after that. Fingers crossed!

Spent the day yesterday trekking to Tokyo to submit a Police Clearance certificate request at the Costa Rican embassy. Woke up this morning to see we are finally  approved after a 5 week wait for them to process our RFE!

My case was received at NVC Mar 26th
NOA 2 Mar 3rd

Approved 29th March! Glad to have snuck into this group before the end of the month !

We got approved on March 9th! So glad to be on to the next step! We had actually already scheduled my fiance's police clearance before getting our NOA2, so we attended that appointment the day after we got approval. Out of some crazy stroke of luck, his police certificate was finished in one day!! Thankful to have one more step crossed off. I will wait a few weeks before I start calling NVC, and then we hope to see our case transferred pretty quickly! Fingers crossed!

Congrats to everyone getting their NOA2s. I see a lot around my NOA1 date and some even past it. I hope I get to join you all soon at the NVC level. ☹️

We were one of the lucky couples assigned to a proactive employee. I just checked the status, and it stated that it our application was approved yesterday on Feb 11.  For reference, I mailed the form on July 8 and we received our NOA1 on July 16. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer for the rest of July applicants!

Don't have time to do a whole chart and all but did a random search (WAC2090140000 and clicked 500 searches) and from what I can see (so possibly more), 3 approvals from July 10th!

Just saw a July 14th approval here on VJ!!!! Oh myyyyy.

It's so hard to say what will happen...but I hope we start seeing small progress soon! So many waiting for interviews in Mumbai!

Heard of several CR/IR interviews being rescheduled...hopefully that means K1 will be starting soon as well!
