Hello! Happy to be here  We finally got our NOA2 on June 30th after more than 200 days and getting and RFE!

July 1st my fellow VJers! I am hoping we hear something this month. My fiancé is from Colombia and is getting discouraged between the constant quarantines (which the police don’t enforce making it longer and longer) and no news on our NOA2. I know we still have a long process and it’s only growing longer by the day. But I am hoping for approval this month. Wishing everyone luck with the process 🤙🏼

I am not trying to bring anyone down by posting this. I know how excited everyone is who received their NOA1 in February. Please, for your and your fiance's sanity, please keep in mind that as of this day the date they have listed as "outside normal processing times" is December 01, 2019.  Only those who received their NOA1 on or before this date would be considered "outside normal processing times". Technically speaking, I would venture to say that all of the approvals we have seen so far are actually getting their NOA2's before even entering the "normal processing times" from the USCIS.  "Normal processing times" are 5-7 months from NOA1. 5 months ago would be January 30, 2020. Keep your chin up. Your approvals will come. I wish I could give anyone who is discouraged a big hug. This right now is completely out of our control. 💕
 

July/August will be our flurry, I should think! Exciting times!

Today is the last day of June, hopefully March filers will get some updates about NOA2 soon in July. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 for myself and everyone awaiting NOA2. 
 

Day 153.  I know it sounds crazy, but I check status 10 times a day.  Even though I know it wont change.  I am a little worried about the Embassy in the Philippines.  Travel is very restricted in the Philippines right now, so I hope by the time we finally get everything over there it has opened back up a little.  Crossing my fingers.

Ive read all the post in this thread from the tips & tricks to the p3 & consulate Information.
 
I read somewhere in this thread that the noa2 is valid for 4 months then we must request an extension. Interesting. I pray that within these next couple of months that embassy’s begin to operate as usual.

Pretty sure @Kev_logue is in the right place.  That person was just mentioning January 21 as a frame of reference for how long it took so others didn't have to click the timeline.
