I don’t know the right answer but I would assume to wait for what the embassy says. These are some unprecedented times and they could want things done differently now with a global pandemic and all. I guess we’ll only know the right answer if someone wants to call NVC and ask again 😬

My request for Expedite just got denied. 

Nope, Not a word. 
Wish life wouldn't be on hold. I worry every single day that something bad will happen to my husband. Iraq is getting worse every day. My husband tells me some of what is going on, but I know he doesn't tell me everything trying to protect me (cause that is what Iraqi husbands do. ) 

This made me tear up and I'm crying. I'm trying to remain hopeful, and I definitely feel your frustration with this system they have, that's clearly not very efficient. I will keep you in my prayers, all of us 🥰

It was processed at the Nebraska center but the NOA 2 was sent from the Potomac center. So I'm not sure if they transferred the case but I was never informed of it.

For IOE, it appears that they don't send out transfer notices anymore. My F2A IOE I-130 got transferred from California to Nebraska without any notices. 

It was processed at the Nebraska center but the NOA 2 was sent from the Potomac center. So I'm not sure if they transferred the case but I was never informed of it.

Hello all, I have priority date of 07/01/2019 and just received my NOA-2 on 2/24/2020! 

Yes, I was just there in December/January to the celebrate the New Year with him! Turkey is definitely on my bucket list too! I was just telling him that we should go to Turkey for vacation this summer if the NOA-2 was still pending. I was really surprised to see that approval notice in the mail this week. 
Yes I agree we should keep each other posted!

Thank you so much! My husband is Kurdish so he resides in the Kurdistan region near Erbil. He will most likely go to the embassy in Ankara, Turkey. But that's just my guess.

Our response was received by USCIS (PO Box) yesterday, so the waiting game begins again

I saw you just got approval, congrats! Where in Iraq does your spouse live? I'm curious what Consulate we'll get assigned to with Baghdad Embassy being closed...
