I simply called and told them about it. In just 2 days, I was able to receive my final date of my interview. We also got Approved on the spot!

I successfully changed my interview location and the received my new notice action.

Ir-1/CR-1 visa interviews are not done inside the US.  You will have to either return to PI for the visa interview....or file an Adjustment of Status package and remain inside the US .......

You can’t interview for a visa to the US  in the US, when you’re already inside the US.

I believe you can file the AOS paperwork and include a copy of the NOA1 for the I 130
