That info is for immigrant visas, which the K-1 is not.  NVC for the most part processes immigrant visas so for the K-1 they just use their form letter ..    NVC will schedule nothing for you.
 
If your CEAC status is READY .. then you are burning daylight!  Time to ROCK n ROLL!!       Get 'er done!

Why would it take a long time if you wait for the embassy to send you a letter or email?  Because MOST never receive this magical letter/email.    My wife is still waiting for hers ...

We'll probably reschedule because we want to both be present (apparently they allow this in Manila,) so I'll keep everybody updated.

got home last night from flying back from the states to find an NVC letter in the mail box... excitement died to realise it’s just snail mail telling me our case number etc... 
 
😡 teasing is nasty when waiting on dq for last 8 weeks 😭😭

My Expedite request has been approved, received the email today...... NVC shows that case is already in Embassy now...... hopefully will get the interview scheduled by next week.... what a way to start a new month.
