  1. reach out to your congress person to get you an update on your VAWA. It is very strange after reopen they have not made any decision.
  2. you can write to Vermont to request the Prima Facia or you get help from your congress person/senator. They should be able to help you to get the Prima facia. Good luck!
  3. I do not think you can track this anymore unless you have old USCIS account.

  5. it is not gonna hurt your case. However, this is most useless agency i have seen. I have reached out to them 3 times in the past but they could not help me. You might be lucky so go ahead and reach out to them.
  6. I would say wait for your denial notice then take it from there. You do not want to make a same mistake on the new i-485. I would reach out to your congress person who can get you a copy of your denial letter.
  7. Usually USCIS process by itself. You do not need to do anything. However each case is different. I had similar situation. I made the info pass appointment to get the status of my i-485. You can do that as well.
